Belle villa avec piscine et jacuzzi

Belle maison plein pied, bel espace, piscine, jacuzzi. Bon emplacement. On a passé un beau séjour en famille. Seul bémol: attention, le descriptif de l‘annonce manque de précisions importantes! Par exemple: 2 salles de bain mais une seule toilette. Pas pratique quand on est 8 et système de canalisation vétuste. Par conséquent, risque que les toilettes se bouchent. Et là, c‘est à vous de vous débrouiller… Nous, 2 fois en une semaine…charmant! De plus, seules deux chambres sur 4 sont climatisées et non pas toutes comme écrit dans le descriptif. Et pour finir, l’accès à la cour intérieure, avec portail sécurisé, pour garer les voitures, n‘est pas accessible pour les locataires.
