Perfect for a couple, or a couple with up to two children, the cottage has a queen bed in the bedroom and a sleeper-sofa in the front room. Loveable kitchen fulfills all your cooking needs.

Rare in Sunset Beach, the house has a 20' by 20' outdoor space, grill and outdoor shower.

The house has one reserved parking spot right in front of the house by the front gate. In addition, Sunset Beach has two rows of public parking running the entire mile of the town.

All went great. My only complaint is the mattress was very soft and felt like a canyon in the middle. Didn’t sleep well at all, but the daughter enjoyed sleeping on the couch other than that the place was very clean very cute and nice.

Great beach getaway!

This little cottage was perfect for me and my husband. The property had everything we needed with functional kitchen, comfortable bed and nice family room area. Best of all is we were walking on the beach in less than one minute!

Soccer and Beach perfect location

Came to California for a soccer trip at Silverlakes in Norco. This property was just what we needed to have beach time and enjoy watching our daughter play during the day. The location is the absolute best. We enjoyed morning walks along the beach, after and happy so hour drinks at local spots. So many choices for food and drinks, family friendly ones too! The patio space was amazing to chill and listen to the neighborhood or the best views from the patio when you want some sunshine, a bit of people watching and fun interacting with the neighbors and surf community. Definitely plan to look up the house on our next trip to California, would stay here again for sure!

Adorable getaway cottage

This was my second stay at the property, and if I'm ever in Sunset Beach again, I'll stay here. Perfect for a couple that wants a snug spot. The beach is RIGHT there. I love having access to kitchen to heat up leftovers. Highly recommended!

The Perfect Beach Bungalow!

We stayed Thursday through Sunday. This spot is perfection! It's across the street from Sunset Beach (our family's favorite) and very cute. Hubby and I will bring an air mattress next time we stay, since we gave up the bedroom to our 3 and 5 year olds (for the freedom to stay up late and lounge in the awesome side patio). Definitely recommend this place!!

Back to the beach

Had a great time with my wife and 2 kids. A lot of time spent on the sand and water with the complimentary boogie boards. Would recommend to all. Have family and friends in the area and they want to stay there as well. The owner is awesome and had a blast!!!

Perfect Spot!

Adorable house, great location, had all the amenities we needed. You can tell there's been a lot of love and care put into the property. We ended up extending our stay an additional day because we did not want to leave. This property, and the proximity to the ocean, made for one of our most relaxing vacations. 5 stars. Would definitely return.

Cozy Beach Cottage

The property was extremely clean and comfortable. My husband and I stayed with our teen child, and we had plenty of space. We enjoyed using the grill, and outdoor space in the evening. The beach is steps away, so we were able to go back and forth to get food, drinks, and use the restroom, as needed. We would definitely recommend this property to others and we will stay there again if we are back in the area.

Exactly as advertised!

Absolutely beautiful beach side cottage. Very close to the sand ample parking. Inside was clean and comfortable. It was just enough for a couple and a small child for the week. We would have stayed longer however this place is no pets which we respected. The yard is a perfect place to hangout after some time on the beach. Looking forward to coming back sometime.

Perfect getaway home!

This house is super cute and perfect for a little getaway for a couple and/or small family! Bob and Shirley provide a parking spot right in front of the house so you don't have to worry about fighting for parking. The outdoor patio and the side yard are amazing! Comes with a nice grill, a nice fire pit, and a super comfy seated area. The porch was my favorite part of the house! Perfect area to relax and people watch and enjoy the weather. So many provided amenities, such as snacks, coffee, drinks, board games, etc. Even stuff for the beach, such as chairs, bikes, towels, umbrellas, sand toys for kids, etc. Very communicative as well, checking in and making sure you are taken care of, making sure they can make your stay as comfortable as possible! Just a tiny warning, the toilet seat moves a little bit, so just be cautious, and the bedroom has a shade to cover the windows, not blinds, but aside from those tiny things, everything else was fantastic! Would definitely stay here again and recommend to any of my friends looking to get away!

The cottage is clean and cute, the bed and pillows are comfortable. Access to the beach is easy and VERY close by. You can see the water from the front windows. The beach is not crowded, even on the weekends. The kitchen is well stocked. The toaster oven was a nice touch. I ate at the house most of the time, except for 2 visits to the Calico Fish House on 19th Street. There are many other restaurants in Sunset Beach, but so far Calico is my favorite. An added plus is that it is seed oil free. Seal beach is 7 minutes away with 3 blocks of shopping and eateries. Host Robert is quick to respond to any questions. I will want to stay here again.

Cute house in an ideal beach location. The sand is right across a small street. Easy walking distance to restaurants and shops around Sunset Beach and the marina. The hosts are very gracious and easy to communicate with. Absolutely loved it and hope to come back here again!

Want the beach? You’ve got it at this cozy cottage. Loved our stay and will be back. Like coffee shops? We walked down the block to Succulent every morning. September is also the perfect time to visit. The weather was picture perfect.

My family and I had a wonderful time staying here. The only thing we felt a little disappointed with is the pull out couch is covered due to the arms being broken so my child wasn’t able to use the bed function. Other then that, the house exceeded our expectations, so close to the beach, great neighborhood, and amazing patio.
