This is a cute and cozy (very small) attic apartment that looks like a rustic treehouse with rough-cut wood trim. The deck outside completes the treehouse feel. It is on the upper floor and is surrounded by pine trees.
Inside is a child-size "bird house" with toys to play in.
Full kitchen stocked with everything you need.
Washer and dryer.
Three queen beds and a full/twin bunk bed.
Smart TV with Netflix and Hulu.
You have to go through the large bedroom to get to the small bedroom.
We have had a lot of fun remodeling this apartment to look like a treehouse and are just finishing the decorations.
Please DO NOT bring marijuana with you. Even if it is legal where you are from, it is NOT legal in Idaho. The next guests do not like the smell, even if you smoke it "outside"; the neighbors do not like it and will call the police. If there if evidence (including smell) of marijuana or any illegal drugs, I will charge you an extra $100 cleaning fee.
The maximum number of days is 25. Possibly longer on request.

I'm a grandma who wants to retire and spend my time with my husband, in the garden, and with grandkids.
Why they chose this property
This is an old house that we had a great time remodelling to make this apartment look like a treehouse. (The rest of the house is still in progress. . .) It has a cozy feeling and is very comfortable.
What makes this property unique
Even though it's small, it has a place for everyone. The "bird house" for small children, the foof chair for tweens, the TV and bunk for teens and the deck for parents. Or whatever.
It's close to parks, the Riverwalk, and an easy drive to mountains and Yellowstone Park.
