About this property

LE Pressoir Gite Insolite 4/5 Pers

The press and the attic are part of the house of my winemaker ancestors that we live in, we have transformed them into an independent apartment on two levels. The courtyard is a common entrance.
The living room includes the bar with the kitchenette, the living room around the fireplace and the dining room which opens onto the boudoir where there are two comfortable armchairs for watching TV.
The majority of the objects and some of the crockery belonged to our
grandparents. Via the staircase you will reach the shower room, the open bedroom with twin beds and at the back the bedroom with a double bed.
There is an extra bed: a camp bed (with a deckchair mattress on it) for a 5th person.
The heating is electric upstairs and wood on the ground floor and we add an extra radiator.
The beach on the Cher is 10km away in the town of Montrichard.Beauval Zoo is 30km away.

Rental of a pair of sheets 15€, 2 towels 4€, end-of-stay cleaning 50€/week of occupancy.
Copies of identity documents will be requested prior to arrival.
