O imovel é excelente em termos de espaço interior e exterior, permitindo usufruir de ambos os espaços com total liberdade. O imovel dispõe de todas as condiçoes de acomodação, permitindo umas ferias sem qualque transtorno. Localização privelegida com acesso facilitado a ecovias, e a varias vilas/cidades: Ponte de Lima, Ponte da Barca, Viana do Castelo, etc. O espaço é ainda banhado pelo silencio e sons naturais da Natureza.

Charmant verblijf in een heel rustige omgeving met eigen zwembad. Vlakbij het pittoreske Ponte de Lima. Prachtige groene natuur bij de Lima rivier, wandel- en fietsmogelijkheden, gelegen tussen bergen en zee. Uitstapjes naar Porto, Braga, Guimaraes op korte afstand.

We hebben genoten van een zalig verblijf in een prachtige villa. Zeer mooie omgeving, prachtige kleine dorpen. perfecte uitval basis voor te wandelen en te genieten. Spacious rural property

Quiet location amongst the vineyards. Well equipped and generously proportioned house with lovely pool. Perfect for our family group of 6 adults. Easy access to coast and national park. Nearby the pretty town of Ponte de Lima.

Een heerlijk huis! De kinderen hadden het druk met zwemmen, voetballen in de riante tuin, afgewisseld met spelen met playmobiel en filmavondjes Harry Potter. Erg vriendelijke ontvangst en in de omgeving genoeg te doen. Wij komen graag nog eens terug!

Wij hebben met onze kinderen van 15, 16 en 18 jaar een fantastische tijd gehad in deze prachtige en ruime villa in een zeer rustige maar wel bewoonde omgeving. Het (privé!) zwembad was groter dan wij hadden verwacht. We dobberden er regelmatig in met drie luchtbedden tegelijk. Het huis is zeer ruim, de eetkamer, woonkamer en speelkamer hebben wij nauwelijks gebruikt in verband met het mooie weer. De bedden waren prima en het huis was prima geoutilleerd en schoon. De beheerders waren goed bereikbaar, prettig en heel behulpzaam. Zij hadden goede tips met betrekking tot wat de moeite waard was in de omgeving. Niet alleen het huis maar ook de streek is echt een aanrader voor een fijne vakantie. Wij gaan zeker terug komen!

s'avonds laat aangekomen. Maar in het donker werden we welkom geheten door de heerlijke geurende Jasmijn en Lindeboom. Het huis is groot en mooi. Vooral de huiskamer is als het regent fijn om te verblijven er zit een terras bij waar je lekker kunt zitten en genieten met een boek als het niet koud is. Meteen vanuit het huis kan je wandelen langs het water.

Het huis was een paradijs. Mooi ingericht en ruim genoeg voor zes personen. Binnen was het heerlijk koel terwijl het buiten goed toeven was in de warme zon bij het zwembad. Alle equipment nodig tijdens een vakantie was aanwezig in de keuken. Goede bedden, schone en ruime badkamers, een prachtig uitzicht op de heuvels vanaf het terras. De rust van de omgeving deed ons goed.

Heerlijk groot huis met zwembad en een groot terrein, rustig gelegen in de nabij ...

Heerlijk groot huis met zwembad en een groot terrein, rustig gelegen in de nabijheid van het dorpje Granda. Het huis, omgeven door wijngaarden met een wijds uitzicht, ligt centraal gelegen in Noord Portugal waardoor je niet ver hoeft te rijden mocht je een stad, dorp of een natuurpark willen bezoeken. Nog een voordeel, Spanje is dichtbij. In het huis is alles aanwezig, het meeste in overvloed. De beheerder(s) komen een maal per week langs voor schoon beddengoed en andere zaken. Fijne gezellige mensen die je niet overlopen. Het stadje Ponte de Lima, een kwartiertje rijden vanaf het huis, heeft drie grote supermarkten en er zijn leuke restaurants. In het dorp Gandra is een kleine supermarkt met een redelijk assortiment. Het huis en de omgeving zijn een aanrader als je tot rust wil komen. Wij hebben in ieder geval een zeer geslaagde vakantie gehad.
