Appartement bien équipé et situé à proximité immédiate de la plage et des animations estivales, néanmoins, quartier calme. Centre ville de Hyères très accessible. Vue splendide depuis une terrasse spacieuse.

Excellent séjour
L'appartement est joliment rénové. La grande terrasse est très agréable, orientée sud et ouest, on peut profiter du soleil en permanence, ou non grâce aux stores. L'emplacement est très bien, à quelques pas d'une plage. Je recommande.

Unschöne Überraschung inklusive
Als deutscher Kunde erwartet einem aufgrund von unvollständiger oder unvollständig übersetzter Objektbeschreibung eine unschöne Überraschung. Trotz Beweise/Screenshots sieht die Eigentümerin kein Handlungsbedarf zur befriedigenden Einigung. Die Concierge vor Ort hingegen tut was sie kann.

Effectivement, il est bien mentionné sur l’annonce que les draps et serviettes de toilette ne sont pas fournis, il y a du avoir un problème de traduction sur la Version allemande. Je suis désolée pour ce désagrément qui n’était pas de notre fait, mais la conciergerie vous a trouvé une solution.

Super vista m ottima location se si vuole tranquillità
L’appartamento è funzionale, ben equipaggiato e dotato di tutto ciò che può servire (lavapiatti, lavatrice, microonde, aria condizionata, stoviglie, macchina del caffè). Nonostante le dimensioni gli spazi sono sfruttati in modo eccellente. Il grande terrazzo con una super vista mare con grande BBQ rappresenta decisamente un plus. La location è tranquilla, fronte mare (spiaggia raggiungibile a piedi in 3 minuti!), sufficientemente lontana dal caos turistico e dalla mondanità che sono comunque facilmente raggiungibili in 10 minuti di auto. Non è disponibile un posto auto/garage ma non abbiamo avuto difficoltà nel parcheggio.

Tres bien équipé (materiels récents, de qualité) facilitant la vie au quotidien. Une splendide terrasse pouvant être utilisée a tout heure. La proximité de la plage et du point de ravitaillement dans un milieu calme, familial.
