There is a large great room that joins the living room with comfortable seating, interior dining for 12 total, and fully-stocked kitchen space of the home. Directly off this space, you'll find the home's balcony with another small dining and seating area, as well as a spiral staircase that provides direct pool access. The pool area features even more seating and dining options, so there will be a seat for everyone at the family barbeque! Your family will enjoy the Oversized Heated Resort-Style Pool and Spa and the Private Game Room with Wet Bar, Bar Top Seating for 4, Ping Pong Table, Foosball, with seating and a TV. Directly off this pool area is the game room where you'll find a screened patio with seating, cornhole boards, and a garden view will have everyone smiling! This home offers it all, and like all of our rentals, the location in proximity to the beach and the village allows our guests the opportunity to pick the vacation that they want to have!

Floor Plan Description:

The Ground Level - features covered parking for 2 vehicles, with the driveway accommodating another 2 vehicles depending on size. On the ground level you'll find the pool area, covered patio with plenty of seating and dining options, Putting Green, Tiki Hut, BBQ, and more. Adjacent to this space, you'll also find the home's Private Game Room with Wet Bar and Bar Top Seating, Ping Pong and Foosball, Seating and TV, and Private Screened Lanai with a garden view. Nearby, you'll also find the home's main entry foyer with stair access to the home's main living level above. There is also a spiral staircase up to the balcony, with interior access via a sliding glass door.

First Living Level (2nd Floor) - Here, you'll find the main great room. This room features a large kitchen, dining area with a dining table for 6 people, bar seating for 6 people, and a living room with a smart TV and ample seating as well. There is also a balcony on this level that overlooks the pool and it features a small siting/dining area. All 5 Bedrooms for this home are located on this floor including the Master bedroom. The Master features a King Bed and En Suite Bath, Bedroom 2 and 3 feature King Beds with En Suite Baths, Bedroom 4 features a King Bed and an bathroom directly across the hole dedicated to this room, and Bedroom 5 features a Bunk room with a Full/Full Bunk Bed (sleeps 4) and a full bath (shower/bathtub for the kids) that is directly next to this room and shared with the living space.


This property participates in our Professional Linen Program. This ensures high quality linens and towels are Always included for your stay. These are professionally laundered at a commercial facility for every guest.

Want to stay with us longer than 2 weeks? Great! We just ask that you coordinate a day and time with us so we can have an additional clean done during your stay. There is an additional cleaning fee required for this and we would be happy to provide you with a quote. If you want to have your linens and towels replaced during this clean, we can do that too, just let us know. We are passionate about maintaining our homes and keeping them clean so we appreciate your cooperation on this. We will require an additional clean for every 2 weeks that you are in our home.

This home is also part of our Property Manager Program, so one of our dedicated Property Managers will assist you during the entire reservation and vacation process. We are here to help you vacation the right way and ensure you have everything you need, including any recommendations or advice to help improve your vacation!
