This nearly 5,000 square foot home, with tons of exterior patio and balcony spaces, features 8 BEDROOMS, and 8 Full Baths + 2 Half Baths - and SLEEPS 18 in Beds and has Elevator Service to ALL Floors. You'll love this spacious home that features a custom pool and lounging area with landscaping planters and water features throughout, and a private heated pool and oversized 6-to-8-person spa. There is plenty of covered seating and loungers in the sun depending on what everyone wants! The location cannot be beat, with beach access 7 just steps away, and Siesta Key Village just a short stroll or bike ride away, everything from relaxation to restaurants, entertainment and shopping are right there! The 2 levels of Balconies offer unbelievable views of the Gulf and Siesta Beach, and with balcony access off one of the Master Bedrooms of the home, as well as the Club Room and Main Great Room you will be able to soak in the views from multiple locations. There are 2 Master Bedrooms in this home. There are also 2 Bedrooms on the 1st level of living that have Gulf Views as well. This home is also part of our Property Manager Program, so one of our dedicated Property Managers will assist you during the entire reservation and vacation process. We are here to help you vacation the right way and ensure you have everything you need, including any recommendations or advice to help improve your vacation!

The Ground Level features covered parking for 2 Vehicles, with the Driveway accommodating another 2-3 vehicles depending on the size of the vehicle. It also features the pool area, BBQ, and the main entry foyer with elevator and stair access to the home's 3 living levels above.

The First Living Level (2nd Level) features 5 Bedrooms ALL with En Suite Bathrooms. 3 Bedrooms have King Beds, 1 Bedroom has a Queen Bed, and the last Bedroom features a Full over Full Bunk Bed (sleeps 4 children). This bunk rooms en suite bath features a shower/tub combination.

The Second Living Level (3rd Level) - features a Club Room with a wet bar and bar top for 4 persons and pub table seating, a living area, TV, Gaming Systems (Nintendo and PS4) and balcony access with views of the Gulf. There are also 3 oversized bedrooms on this floor; 2 of which are Master Bedrooms. All 3 Bedrooms have King Beds with En Suite Baths with walk-in showers, and one bathroom also has a stand-alone bath tub. There is a 1/2 Bath, and a utility closet with Washer and Dryer, on this level as well.

The Third Living Level (4th Level) you'll find the Main Great Room with wide open Gulf Views. This room features a fully stocked Kitchen, Dining area with a dining table for 10 people and Bar Top seating for 6 People. There is also Balcony Dining for 8 people with stunning elevated Gulf Views from approximately 50 feet in the air! The Living Room has a Smart TV and ample seating as well. There is also a 1/2 Bath on this floor.

PARKING: 2 Car Covered Parking, and 2-3 cars in the driveway MAX; Do Not Block the Sidewalk - strictly enforced by Sarasota County.

This property has an active Ring doorbell and additional video surveillance on the pool equipment only.

This property participates in our Professional Linen Program. This ensures high quality linens and towels are Always included for your stay. These are professionally laundered at a commercial facility for every guest.

Want to stay with us longer than 2 weeks? Great! We just ask that you coordinate a day and time with us so we can have an additional clean done during your stay. There is an additional cleaning fee required for this and we would be happy to provide you with a quote. If you want to have your linens and towels replaced during this clean, we can do that too, just let us know. We are passionate about maintaining our homes and keeping them clean so we appreciate your cooperation on this. We will require an additional clean for every 2 weeks that you are in our home.

Beach Towels and Beach Chairs are included. Don't forget to check out our Preferred Vendors for rentals, activities, tours, and more. Through our preferred vendors list, we offer Rental equipment: golf carts, mopeds, mini cars, umbrellas, bikes (daily/weekly), kayaks, paddleboards, fishing charters, adventure tours, sunset cruises, eco-tours and more. Our preferred vendors recommend some Services, Tours, and Equipment be reserved in advance due to limited space and high demand. After you've made your vacation rental reservation, feel free to inquire with your Property Manager on how you can secure your spot for these services, tours, and amenities. Or, if you would like to wait, you can check out these services when you arrive. Most of our preferred vendors offer our guests discounted services and priority status.
