Luxury apartment near Arc-de-Triomphe - 4P (JDA1)

Very bright and located on the 1st floor, you will find 1 tastefully decorated bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower and a large living / dining room. It is equipped with air conditioning, a drying washing machine, an induction oven, hot plates and all modern comforts (wifi, smart tv, etc.). All linens (bedding and towels) are provided.

Travelers will have full access to accommodation. It is an independent and private apartment, entirely reserved for travelers.

The accommodation is accessible from 3pm on the day of your arrival. The access is made in an autonomous way thanks to a coded key box. It will have to be released before 10 am on the day of your departure, you will only have to leave the key where you found it.

In case the check-out time is not respected, without our written agreement, a penalty of 150€ will be applied.

Great stay

The appartment is at a perfect location, almost next to Metrostation Wagram. The neighborhood was very good, clean and friendly. There are many shops, bakery’s and restaurants nearby. The apartment was spacious and clean. French beds, so perhaps a bit short for the tall Dutch people, but overall a great stay!

Great stay

Our stay here was wonderful, I recommend it highly for larger groups of people. There was AC in every bedroom and living room, it worked very well. The sofa bed had one of the best sofa bed mattresses I’ve ever slept on. Apartment includes a washing machine, 2 bathrooms, drying rack, some pods for laundry and dishwasher. The location is great on a main but quiet street. The best part was the apartment is right next to the Wagram train stop. There are grocery stores, bakery and a cute restaurant called Gabrielle at the corner. There was some wear and tear but nothing crazy. Was concerned about the payment being separate from VRBO but open flats was great to deal with and very responsive. We’d stay here again or another open flats property in a heartbeat.

Beautiful and affordable apartment in Paris.

We had a lovely stay in Paris and this apartment worked great!! It is right down the street from a pharmacy and grocery store. It was very convenient having the train station and bike rentals right out our front door. It was comfortable and clean, needs a little repairing but over all very good.

Flot beliggenhed - slidt lejlighed

God lejlighed i et dejligt område. Lejligheden var slidt og med synlig skimmelsvamp som følger af utæt tag og dårlig udluftningsmuligheder. En uges arbejde med renovering og lejligheden vil være i top. Man kan ikke ringe til udlejer i den periode man lejer lejligheden, hvilke gør kommunikation svær.

A complete dump

The apartment is full of water damage, mold, filthy furniture, broken appliances. The listing is a "luxury apartment" is absolutely misleading. This apartment should not be listed or rented on VRBO.
