About this property

Bright apartment near Saint-Lazarre - 8P

This welcoming apartment will make you feel at home from your arrival. Refurbished and tastefully furnished, the apartment consists of a bright 45m2 living / dining room furnished with care (1 sofa bed), as well as 3 spacious bedrooms. The kitchen and bathroom are modern. The apartment has all the necessary equipment (broadband wifi, smart tv etc). All household linen is provided (sheets and towels).

Travelers will have full access to accommodation. It is an independent and private apartment, entirely reserved for travelers.

The accommodation is accessible from 3pm on the day of your arrival. The access is made in an autonomous way thanks to a coded key box. It will have to be released before 10 am on the day of your departure, you will only have to leave the key where you found it.
- A security deposit of 1000€ is required, in the form of an online payment link.
Access to the accommodation is denied in case of non-payment of the deposit (our cancellation policy still applies).
For stays of less than 5 nights, this amount is blocked.
For stays of 5 nights or more, this amount is debited.
If no damage is found in the accommodation, the security deposit is returned the day after departure.

In case the check-out time is not respected, without our written agreement, a penalty of 150€ will be applied.

Bait and Switch

When planning the dream vacation for my family I found a beautiful bedroom apartment in Paris. I was so excited to surprise my family. I prepaid (required). A few weeks before our trip, the picture of my rental changed online. When I inquired, my question was deleted. When we arrived ( after paying a very steep security deposit) we found a one bedroom apartment had been built INTO THE LIVING ROOM! I couldn't complain because they had my deposit. I have pictures but i don't see any way to show on this app. We only got ONE SET of keys for 3 locks. The main door deadbolt could only be locked with a key on BOTH SIDES. My son got DEAD BOLTED IN to our apartment by the people in the living room apartment! We were VERY DISAPPOINTED in our stay. My husband said they should have at least given us the nightly rent of the living room apartment since it was the space we rented but knew we couldn't. Funny, a mouse ran across the apartment from the front bedroom to the kitchen right before we left. OPEN FLATS should be ashamed of what they did to us.

A night on St. Lazare

The location was great. There was a water leak in the bathroom. Not every bedroom had air conditioning. You would have to leave the doors open to stay cool. No ice trays or ice maker. We were only there for one night so it was fine.
