Magnificent villa of 200 sqm located in the village of Sotta Just 10 minutes drive from the center of Porto Vecchio and the most beautiful beaches in the region. The villa "Casa di Valle" offers spacious and tastefully decorated for you to enjoy a pleasant stay on the Island of Beauty.

The villa is composed as follows:

On the ground floor: A large living room with TV opening onto the terrace, fully equipped kitchen with dining area, a large double bedroom with en suite shower and access to the terrace, a separate toilet.

Upstairs: A large double room with shower and private terrace, a double room with private terrace, a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds, a shower room, separate toilet.

Outside, you can enjoy 220 m² wooden terrace with dining area barbecue, swimming pool with deck chairs, garden seating area and outdoor shower.

The land of 3300 m² with trees is fully closed and secured with an electric gate.

Linens (sheets, shower towels) are included in the price.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. Le jardin est très sympa avec tortue sauvage et une famille de sanglier et marcassins la nuit tombée qui fait la curiosité de tous ! Le deck / coin barbecue autour de la piscine et la grande table à l'ombre sont top. L'équipement de la maison est moderne, notamment les sanitaires. La localisation permet de rayonner et d'échapper aux bouchons de Porto Vecchio. Excellent accueil et dispo de Nadia !

Nous avons passé un agréable moment dans cette belle maison au calme et qui bénéficie de tous les équipements nécessaires pour profiter en famille. Arriver dans un jardin soigné qui mène à une terrasse géante super bien équipée et entrer dans une pièce à vivre spacieuse, lumineuse et décorée d'objets divers avec énormément de goût attenante à la cuisine comprenant du matériel de qualité et complet, puis découvrir les 5 chambres bien agencées avec 3 terrasses permettant de s'isoler nous a permis de passer une semaine de rêve avec toute la famille.
