You will find a heated swimming pool all year round with a sea view.
Located 5 minutes from the shopping area of Porto Vecchio, and 10 minutes from the beaches of Calarossa and St Cyprien.
The villa is equipped with a kitchen open to the living room which overlooks the pool terrace.
You will find everything you need to spend a dream stay in a quiet place, close to all amenities.

Phantastischer Blick auf den Golf von Porto

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können die Wohnung jederzeit weiterempfehlen. Besonders nützlich: 1) die Lage: schnell auf der Nationalstrasse T10 (1,2km) und beim Bäcker Mallaroni; 2) Mückengitter; 3) eigener abgesperrter Parkplatz; 4) Zufahrt voll geteert. Geschmackvolle Einrichtung, ruhig, schöner Pool, klimatisiert. Der Blick ist wirklich so; man kann sich nicht sattsehen.

Stunning

My husband and I stayed here alone but there’s was plenty of room for multiple families! The pool was gorgeous, view was unbelievable and kitchen was perfectly equipped. We also loved how tasteful the decor was. Our on-site host was incredibly responsive and accommodating as well. We spoke some French but not enough to feel comfortable. She was great supporting us and giving helpful tips. We also got unexpectedly stranded after a ferry cancellation and she helped us figure out two more days of accommodation at the house. We truly are so thankful for a wonderful stay and hope to return with our kids the next time we visit. Merci Beaucoup!!

Geschmackvolles Haus mit fantastischem Meerblick

Wir hatten zwei tolle Wochen hier, das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, die Küche gut ausgestattet, die Aufteilung der Räume etc. gerade für Familien auf einem Stockwerk sehr praktisch. Die Kinder hatten mächtig Spaß am Pool und Frühstück/Abendessen auf der Terrasse war bei der Aussicht einfach ein Traum. Kleines Manko: die Zimmer-/Badtüren lassen sich z.T. nicht richtig schließen bzw. quietschen, was gerade nachts/morgens für etwas Verdruss mit größeren Gruppen sorgen kann. Eine kleine Reparatur kann das aber schnell beheben. Ansonsten alles perfekt, wir haben uns rundherum wohl gefühlt.

Propre et bien placé mais mauvais rapport qualité prix

La maison est bien placé, propre, avec une belle vue. En revanche, la construction n'est pas de bonne qualité. C'est bruyant, l'isolation n'est pas bonne. On entend les personnes de la chambre d'à côté parler. la partie nuit n'est pas cloisonné du salon. Le terrain est vraiment minuscule. En gros, il n'y a pas de jardin, ce qui n'est pas une bonne configuration avec des enfants. Pour conclure, cette maison serait très bien mais 30% moins cher. Le rapport qualité / prix est mauvais. Nous avons loué beaucoup de maisons dans la région, et les prestations ne correspondent pas au prix.

Bonjour Merci pour votre commentaire mais qui n engage que vous. La construction de la maison est de type traditionnelle(brique, isolation et brique ce qui est peu fréquent dans le secteur). En ce qui concerne la taille du terrain (de quand même 1000 m2), la maison étant un plain pied elle a une grande emprise au sol. En ce qui concerne le tarif, vous avez loué la semaine (du 15 août) la plus prisée de la saison, les autres semaines sont effectivement moins chers d environ 30%. Nous retiendrons finalement la conclusion de votre commentaire : « la maison est très bien » Nous sommes ravis de vous vous avoir accueillie dans notre bulle de bonheur. Venu cette année que pour une semaine, hélas. A la vue des qualités des prestations, nous aurions aimé pouvoir rester plus! Ce sera certainement chose faite l’année prochaine. Vue féerique sur le golfe de Sogno, porto-vecchio et benedettu. Calme et proximité de porto-vecc, idem de la marina de fiori, pour le bateau. Maison très bien pensée, très fonctionnelle et confortable. Bravo! Et merci pour ce séjour très réussi. A bientôt..
