Clean & cozy updated family resort cottage! Located on quiet dead end street.
Two bedroom, 1 bath resort cottage located on the 7th hole of the well kept Point Sebago Resort golf course. With full size bed in one bedroom, bunk beds in recently added second bedroom & 2 futons in the sunroom, this cottage comfortably sleeps 6. Furnished and includes central air (with exception of sunroom), pillows, microwave, full sized stove/oven, toaster oven, keurig-bring your own k-cups, full sized fridge, plates, glasses, utensils, cookware, 3 futons, kitchen table, sunroom table, brand new grill & firepit, brand new 50" flat screen + 2 other flat screen tv's with cable and WI-FI.

Point Sebego Resort has supervised day and evening activities for children ages two to twelve years old. Some of the more popular activities include nightly hayrides with Chippy and Friends, beach games & tournaments. Young adult and adult activities include horshoes, Bingo, shuffleboard, volley ball, tennis, golf tournaments, washer toss and many more.
Some examples of adult entertainment are daily happy hour (3 to 5PM), comedians, plays, Monte Carlo night, a pub with pool tables and music, a restaurant overlooking the beach, Tiki Bar & live music on the beach or at the 19th hole. Championship golf course located right in the resort!
The resort has one mile of sandy beach area, a marina, a general store, a snack bar & ice cream shop.
