This gorgeous light and airy beach cottage is the perfect escape. Beautifully furnished and appointed this home also offers wonderful outdoor living and a short 3-minute walk to the beach via a "Private Beach Access." Two master suites with private baths. 5 HDTVs with ROKU available and 5G Internet Service. First floor washer/dryer, enclosed outside shower w/H&C water, fabulous views of the ocean and ICW from covered porches. Picnic table and charcoal grill available for guests' usage. Availability during Holiday season: December 19 - January 9, 2021 and for the Winter by month.

Nice place to stay

Had a nice relaxing quit neighborhood. Only suggestion is to have at least 1 roll of toilet paper in bathrooms for arrival after a long trip. Also nail heads on decks need to be hammered down.

Holden Beach Vacation

We had no towels, only sheets when we got there. Also, 2 remotes for the upstairs tv's were missing. I called as soon as they opened & they promptly delivered our towels & the maintenance man came to try to get some universal remotes working for them. Our son found an app that allowed them to control the tv's, so it was ok. Besides, who cares about tv when you are at the beach? I can warch tv at home! Enjoyed our stay so much!

Loved it

we stayed here for a week in September. The weather was amazing, but the house topped it all. There was room for everyone, and their were chairs all over inside and out so noone needed to worry about having a seat. The kitchen was a little closed off tlto the living area, so that was a small bummer but nothing to deter anyone from this house! The walk was short (ish), with a private beach entrance for windjammer street. I think the entrance walk is longer then the street walk. Overall we loved the house, small ocean views from the two top decks! The only negative was we had to wash towels (showering one not beach ones) every night cause we didnt have enough. I think we had 8 towels with 6 adults and 3 children. But hey, if that's the only negative, then so be it! Wish we could have stayed longer!!

Just what we wanted!

Simple beach living. House was clean and had a well stocked kitchen. A little TLC needed in outdoor shower area but overall we were pleased and enjoyed our visit!
