The Hougoumont Farm is located in the municipality of Braine-l'Alleud, in the Wallonia region of Belgium. It stands right in the middle of what was once the battlefield of Waterloo, the final battle of Emperor Napoleon I.
It is open to visitors and features a guesthouse that sleeps 4 to 5 people.

The Hougoumont Farm guesthouse is the ideal place to stay to explore the history of the Battle of Waterloo. You can explore the surrounding area and visit all the nearby historic sites.
This is a unique opportunity for you to spend the night right in the middle of the field where Napoleon’s last battle took place.
It is said that the farm is the last remaining witness to the Battle of Waterloo in 1815.
Since spring 2020, an educational farm has also been operating there.
