Rundown property and horrible management company
This was my worst experience renting a condo. Upon arrival 1 hour early I was given the runaround that I could not do an early check-in, even though the room was physically ready. Only to walk into a musty/mold smell & a random refrigerator stuck in the entryway. The main refrigerator was broken & full of mold.I was very disappointed in the cleanliness. The glass table in the LR had some kind of oily smudge, there was icing or some kind of food on the top edge of the dishwasher, & there were misc items on the rug in the master that had not been vacuumed. There were toilet paper holders missing in 2/3 baths. otherwise the condo was very much in disrepair. Broken lounger on the balcony. Curtains in the master literally held together w zipties. Paint peeling off the ceiling in the master shower. I immediately contacted Vacasa via text & sent them photos of all of the above & asked for some kind of help and/or reimbursement towards our short stay. I reached out repeatedly, asking for the refrigerator to either be removed or for someone to come clean it, or for them to provide some kind of air purifier. I got absolutely no response to help solve the issues. I requested to speak to a manager. I asked for specific resolutions, incl some kind of reimbursement. In the 3 days that I was the only response I got whatsoever, was for them to send somebody with the tp holders. After returning home, I called again & was offered 1/3 of what I paid for the stay as a refund. Buyer beware.
