We had a wonderful stay, the only issue we had was the bunk bed slats weren’t secured well and the trim on one of the dressers came off. Everything else was exceptional.

2nd time staying in this condo. Will stay again. Some things that can be improved: Master bedroom needs black out curtain on door to balcony like the other wall windows have; the dryer turns on/off numerous times at the end of the cycle; the microwave needs to be replaced, the maintenance man brought a temp microwave to use while we stayed; some areas of the property could use some TLC such as the jets in the hot tub at Beach Manor very few work; the lower pool at the gym water fountain very moldy and walls need paint/cleaning; the large pool with the bar/restaurant has a light out on the right side so dark when swimming at night.

Nice condo in a great family resort

We have stayed multiple times at this resort and love the family atmosphere and great kid activities that they offer . The condo was average compared to others we have stayed in there. The sinks and toilets were very short- our family is average height to tall so it was noticeable. The furniture is all older and needs some updating- the master bed was not very comfortable and the bed frame needs replacing. All appliances were good. The balcony has a beautiful quiet view facing east. Overall we had a good stay and enjoyed ourselves.

Views and relaxation

This condo was such a great get-a-way for a long weekend and much needed. Although the floors were a little sticky, almost like the coating on the floor was done to quick, it was such a peaceful stay. I loved how close to the beach it was and how welcoming it felt. The front gate security was so tentative and waved and smiled every time we came through no matter what time it was. There were plenty of towels in the condo which was nice. We loved that we could rent chairs and so quickly and easily get drinks at the bar by the pool without getting hot or sweaty from a long walk. This condo was located near Destin which made getting to shops and restaurants a breeze. We will most definitely be staying here again and keep it on our perfect places to stay list.

Tops L June 2024 Review

Accommodations is a 2 bdrm Condo, very clean and everything worked with towels for our entire stay. The only thing we didn’t care for is the guests/us not being allowed to lounge on the beach in the owners area unless we paid to rent umbrellas and chairs. If where staying in the owners condo because the owners are not, I feel we should be allowed to lounge in the owners area on the beach without inconveniencing other owners lounging on the beach. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.

Although I love Tops’l beach manors atmosphere the room was subpar to the last 2 we stayed at. Outdated, dirty and disgusting couches, the bottom bunk mattress reeked of urine, the master bed was hard, the toilet handle in master always stuck. I will likely never book this room again.

Beautiful location

First trip to the panhandle. The beach area was absolutely gorgeous very clean. The pool area was very nice and perfect for teenagers and adults. The condo itself was wonderful had everything we needed. Loved having the washer and dryer available. Great balcony lovely master bedroom. The pull out sofa needs to be replaced, and the twin size beds have some wear n tear on them... The unit was an excellent location. We were so close to the beach and the pool, parking was very accessible, overall wonderful trip. I would rent again from this unit. And would recommend.
