Easy beach access...great location to Sandestin Amenities, Miramar Amenities, and Destin Amenities. Condo had a great layout...and nice beach views from the balcony. Everything worked great...and we had no issues for our entire week. I highly recommend this unit, owner, and location!

Entire Property is beautiful. The only drawback for us was the distance to non beach-front restaurants. We prefer walking to driving and there’s limited options for that on this beach. On site pools and restaurant/bar was great. Condo very clean and nicely updated. Easy check-in and check-out.

Perfect for relaxation

We were looking for a place to stay and soak our feet in the sands and water of the Emerald Coast. David's condo gave us this and a nice place to stay. The condo has ample room and does not feel crowded for a family. Nice furnishings and layout make this place a great place for relaxation! The pictures are accurate.

Our 2nd Stay was just as fabulous as the first time!

This is the second year my daughter (college age) and I have stayed at this condo for a week of just “Mom & Daughter get away to the beach” time. The water is beautiful and clear. The property is a safe, family oriented and well maintained. David’s condo is amazing and he gives such great instructions for access and parking. It was another great trip!

Great beach location

Very pretty property. Wish we had a better beach view, and a shorter walk to the beach access point. But the resort property is expansive and beautiful! Needs pickleball courts that are open to beach manor. We would have paid for court time but weren’t allowed because we were in the “wrong building”.

Just what we needed!

I was really leery about renting in Sandestin at a place I knew nothing about but this place was just perfect. The owner's went above and beyond. The decor was beachy, elegant, but very comfortable. There were days I did not want to leave the condo. Plenty of room, great view, and quiet location. Thank you guys so much for giving us this opportunity!

Beautifully Updated with great terrace and view

We love the place. The updates and décor are very tasteful and comfortable. The master is fantastic with a beautiful walk-in overhead shower. The nice large terrace provides a large space to enjoy a meal or morning coffee. Close to multiple pools and the beach. We always make sure to use play a round on the putt-putt course too. Tops'l overall is a great place and we will continue to come back!

Excellent place for a relaxing break

The Huffmans clearly put a lot of thought into the renovations, as the condo was very comfortable and tastefully decorated. The new appliances and cabinets made it a joy to cook in each night after long relaxing days (and walks) on the beach. Having the additional balcony space and being able to take the stairs to the 4th floor also made it easier to social distance and be safer in these times. Lastly, the Huffmans were very prompt and responsive in getting back to us on a couple of queries during our stay. Would definitely return again!

Spring Break 2022

Very happy with this newly remodeled condo. A couple housekeeping details weren’t up to par but easy to clean up with broom. Beach was beautiful with easy access. Pools on beach front and condo property were great. Loved being a short walk to the State Park beach area. It was pristine, with no crowds. Condo is close to a Publix and shopping area. We loved that it was easy to travel east to Santa Rosa, Grayton Beach, Seaside and Rosemary Beach without having to drive through the Destin area congestion.

We had a very nice stay the last week of June. Property was well maintained and perfect for our family. The resort has many amenities that are beneficial for both adults and kids. We only have this one beach house, but we make our living investing in real estate, mostly in the Atlanta area.

You'll fall in love with it on your first visit. Tops'l is truly a world class resort at an affordable price.
