Spread out and relax in this 1,200 square foot condo featuring a host of desirable amenities and incredible coastline views. Inside, this beach-themed vacation rental boasts a colorful living area, a dining area, and a well-equipped, full kitchen where the visiting chef in your group can whip up anything from quick beach snacks to delicious dinners. On-site, the resort offers a number of amenities and activities including tennis, racquetball, an indoor-outdoor pool, fitness center, and two different restaurants. You’ll also have exclusive access to the coveted Tides Pickleball courts.

This resort is in a fantastic, central location! Just a couple miles west, the Silver Sands Premium Outlets are a shopper's haven. For all-ages fun, splash the day away at Big Kahuna's Water & Adventure Park, only 10 miles from the resort. And golf courses, parks, and Destin Commons, an open-air shopping center offering some of the area's best options for shopping, dining, and entertainment, is only seven miles away.

Seasonal beach chair, umbrella, and bike rentals are available for additional fees.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great place to stay!

We loved how close we were to the beach but also to so many amenities on property. This was perfect for a racquet loving family who wanted a less than 3 minute walk to the beach!

Amazing!

The view was amazing. It was a short walk to the beach. The condo was clean and the beds were super comfy. We enjoyed the glider on the balcony with the breeze blowing off the Gulf.

Destin 2021

This unit is probably one of the few that has not been updated recently. The carpet needs to be taken out. When we arrived there were 2 cups and 5 glasses in the unit. I called and it was taken care of right away so I was very pleased with that. The balcony is fabulous, with lots of seating. It is however right above the air compressors so bring your bluetooth speaker. My family loves staying at this complex.
