This 15th-floor condo boasts a water-view balcony - perfect for morning coffee or sunset cocktails. Throughout the complex, you'll enjoy access to three pools (one at the Tides building, one at the beach, and one at the TOPS'L Beach and Racquet Club Fitness Center), a hot tub, saunas, the fitness center itself, tennis courts, and a putt-putt course. You’ll also have exclusive access to the coveted Tides Pickleball courts.

The bright, updated interior showcases a floor-to-ceiling wall of glass that frames the covered balcony and the Gulf beyond. The well-appointed kitchen features a full suite of stainless steel appliances (with dishwasher), a three-seater breakfast bar, and indoor dining table set for six. An outdoor dining table is also furnished on the patio for alfresco dining. The open living area offers ample seating and a cable TV. Home essentials include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer.

The place was super clean, my husband was super exited when we arrived the had the air conditioning on and perfect temperature. We are so in love with this apartment we are planing to come back to destin and stay at the same place. Highly recommend, easy check in super easy check out.

Great beachfront condo

We stayed at this condo for a week. We had a great time and created a lot of memories! Pro’s: Great view with outdoor furniture, clean condo, comfortable bedding. It does have a hair dryer. Very short walk to the beach, and two great pools Cons: it feels more like a hotel and less like a home. lacked items that normally are available in a beach house rental and went out to purchase. Did not have extra toilet paper, no coffee filters, extra trash bags (there was 1 extra provided), there was no salt and pepper or seasoning The bed linens are very light, no extra blankets to add on or cuddle up on the couch. As far as the beach goes, we opted to bring our own chairs and umbrella. Topsl doesn’t allow canopies so keep that in mind. There is a designated area that is a little walk to set up your own umbrella and chairs, some folks are out early to set up there umbrellas and chairs.

Just What We Needed

This condo is beautiful! The views are stunning and the balcony is Huge! We enjoyed our meals with a view you couldn't possibly get at any restaurant. We enjoyed listening to the music from the neighboring hotel's beachside bar and watching the sunset from our balcony.. The kitchen had plenty of cookware, the beds were very comfortable. We look forward to returning soon!
