Golf, Green Gables & more at this luxurious villa at The Gables Golf Resort

I'm Phil and I'm your host for this privately owned "King Deluxe Villa" is located at The Gables of PEI Golf Resort in Stanley Bridge, Prince Edward Island.

This private 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo features an open concept living space with access to a community pool house and gym and is conveniently located near popular PEI attractions like Cavendish Beach, Anne of Green Gables, boating excursions, and a plethora of golf courses (including the highly rated Anderson Creek located next door).

The master bedroom is equipped with king bed, full closet and ensuite bathroom. A second bedroom features two twin beds with direct access to the main bathroom via a pocket door (almost like having your own private bathroom if you prefer).

Our open concept kitchen is equipped with full size stainless steel appliances including fridge, microwave, stove, and dishwasher. We also have a Washer / Dryer in the villa for all of your laundry needs.

The living room features a flat screen television connected to a Chromecast for any of your streaming needs (just cast away using your smartphone or mobile device). 2 accessible HDMI ports allow you to connect other devices such as Apple TV, laptops and game consoles. Complimentary high speed FiberOp wifi internet will keep you connected while on vacation.

The double wall interior construction and position gives plenty of your privacy inside and on your private covered deck. The condo also features air conditioning, in-floor radiant heat and an electric fireplace.

The covered deck is perfect for enjoying an evening BBQ meal while taking in the beautiful sunsets. We are also located across the street from a community fire pit, so feel free to enjoy some marshmellows and roasted hot dogs over the fire.

A quick walk down the street through an enjoyable nature path leads you to the Pool House with a heated salt-water pool, fitness centre, table tennis, tennis court and basketball court.

If golfing is included in your travel plans, we are right next door to the highly rated championship Anderson Creek golf course. Golf PEI says “Why play a course when you can play an entire island?” With 28 courses scattered throughout the beautiful island, you’ve arrived in North America’s golf haven!

Also, if you want to take in some fun local music, check out The Stanley Bridge Ceilidh’s located at The Gables of PEI Resort main entrance. Shows are offered six nights a week during the summer. Ceilidhs begin at 7:30pm with doors opening at 7:00pm. Try to arrive early, shows sell out nightly!!

Since you are on the island, you might as well get out on the water! Our friends at Dog Boat Tours offer family-friendly private day and sunset boat tours and are located just a short walk away at the Stanley Bridge Harbour.

Travelling with kids? We are big fans of Shining Waters Amusement Park. It's a highlight for my young kids each summer and is located about a 15 or 20 min drive away. Close to Shining Waters is Sandspit, another fun amusement park with bumper cars, bumper boats, go carts and mini golf. Cavendish is home to lots of entertainment opportunities like escape rooms, black light mini golf, Ripley’s Believe It or Not and much more. Also located next to us is an outdoor laser tag facility.

For seafood lovers that want to eat like a local, jaunt down to the nearby wharf for a freshly caught lobster. Only minutes from this luxury resort are restaurants that serve bountiful fresh PEI seafood and produce, as well as postcard-worthy seascapes as far as the eye can see such as Cavendish Beach and the north shore, famous for its red sandstone cliffs.

We rent out our place on a weekly basis with check-ins and check-outs on Saturday. You may also book additional weeks beyond the first.
