This Toronto Valley gem is an open concept bungalow with walkout from basement, is located on a large quiet country acreage. Our property is great for a large family but is also perfect for just 2 or 4 people. It is perfect for a romantic getaway or a family Reunion. Toronto Road is minutes from Cavendish and North Rustico, where you will find beaches, restaurants, world class golf, shopping and amusement parks. Or try your hand at deep sea fishing, every vacation can use a fishing tale.
The main level has propane fireplace, plasma TV, large kitchen table and island, featuring a well equipped kitchen and open sitting area. The Master suite contains king bed and en-suite bathroom with a walkout to the deck and hot tub. Main floor also has 2 bedrooms 1 both with a queen beds. 1.5 baths with main floor laundry.
On the large partially covered deck, enjoy propane BBQ, lots of patio seating and a relaxing hot tub while admiring the beautiful sunsets.
The newly renovated basement contains a large family room with 55'' TV with all the components necessary for an enjoyable evening in, or challenge your family to a ping-pong tournament. Two large bedrooms with a king bed in one and the other with 1 queen and 1 double bed. Another full and spacious bathroom finishes off this sumptuous retreat!

What a beautiful home! Everything was well appointed and very clean. We were 6 adults and there was plenty of room for all. Our favourite features were definitely the gorgeous deck, from where we saw eagles, jays, hummingbirds and robins, as well as the great hot tub that was enjoyed under the stars.

We had a great stay @ Debbie’s home!! Everything was has pictured and the house was very well stocked. Location is perfect as it’s close to all Cavendish attractions yet far enough that it is private and peaceful.

Perfect for large groups!

Debbie’s property was absolutely perfect and our group of 15 had the best time. The property had everything we needed and more. The kids loved their space in the basement and enjoyed their time in the hot tub. There is lots of room to enjoy games on the lawn and we spent lots of time on the beautiful patio. The location is a close drive to everything. Thank you so much Debbie for hosting!

Large family home close to Cavendish

Although it feels like it's in the middle of nowhere, you're only a few short minutes to the main road through Cavendish. The home was clean, and well appointed. Beds were comfortable. There were lots of towels and toiletries. Our granddaughter especially enjoyed the kids kitchen and spend many hours playing with it! Thanks for everything!

Annual Reunion!

We come to PEI every year as a family to have a single week that we can all be together and reconnect in this very busy world. This house was perfect. Plenty of space to hang out together without feeling like we were on top of each other. Beautiful, quiet location but very close to restaurants and beaches and shopping. The house was the most well equipped place we have ever rented. Everything we needed was provided. Definitely would recommend this location! Thank you for the awesome memories!

A wonderful family time

We were three families with 6 very young children. This house suited our needs perfectly. We enjoyed the gallery and the immense backyard. There is so much extra provided in the kitchen. We lacked for nothing at all. The hosts are amazing and generous. Toys and beach towels were plentiful. We are planning to return next year.

Gem of place. Owners are as amazing as the place . Right in the centre of the island. Close to everything. There was so much more to North Rustico than I recall over past decades of visits. All three generations and pets had a great stay. Hope to visit again.

Great Location

House was large enough for my family of 4 children and 6 grandchildren. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms, huge deck and yard! The location is only 7 minutes away from lots of restaurants, shopping and beaches. Our family had an amazing week vacation and I would highly recommend this home.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the property. We were met by Debbie and her husband and they were excellent. They explained how to clean the hot tub (it had new water as well) and had all supplies needed in the kitchen and towels etc. the BBQ was also new and spotless. The yard was beautiful and landscaped and our dog loved it. 10 minutes from beaches and boardwalk. Will definitely stay again!

Family Holiday

We had a wonderful week with family and friends! The property is beautiful with lots of room for everyone. The home was fully stocked with everything you would need. We loved the covered deck and hot tub….so relaxing🙂. We would highly recommend staying at this property…the home owners were so welcoming and readily available to answer any questions we had. Debbie and Garner were great hosts. Can't say enough about how they helped with arrangements and went the extra mile. Many thanks! Extra bed along with the sofa bed were set up for our arrival. This was our 30th year of a 8 man golf trip and this was the best equipped house we have ever had across the board, but especially the kitchen and BBQ. Hot tub actually worked and was welcome at the end of each day. There are numerous golf courses near by, all worth playing. Don't miss Anderson Creek!

Plenty of room for two families

Debbie and Garner's place has plenty of space for two families (8 total). Two living rooms gives tons of room for kids and adults. The hot tub was awesome.
