Acogedor apartamento en barrio tranquilo cerca de la playa y de Sagrada Familia
Acogedor apartamento de 3 habitaciones dobles y luminosas. Un pequeño salón comedor con salida a un balcón. Tiene un baño con una espaciosa bañera, y cocina con todos los electrodomesticos: nevera, microondas, lavadora, tostadora, cafetera, plancha para la ropa...
Muy facil aparcar en la misma calle (muchas zonas de aparcamiento gratuito). A dos minutos de la parada de metro de Bac de Roda (a tres paradas de la Sagrada Familia) y 15 min caminando hasta la bonita playa de la Mar Bella.
Cerca dos centros comerciales muy importantes en la ciudad: Diagonal Mar i Glorias.
La finca dispone de ascensor.
Al lado de supermercados, farmacias, peluquerias, tiendas, parques....
Zona muy tranquila y familiar pero a la vez muy bien comunicada y cerca de todo.
