Very nice and quiet apartment, (the bathroom has been renovated in January 2020), a located centrally, only a five minutes by foot to the Magic Fountain of Montjuïc, and Espanya Square. Five minutes Montjuic Fair. Five minutes from the metro, and bus. It's a very quiet street but only a few streets from the heart of the neighborhood, plenty of bars, restaurants, theaters, discos, a mall.

You can go giving a walk to the ramblas about 20 minutes and to the town center.

The building has two elevators.

The flat is very bright and quiet.

The flat has nearly everything new, it has 3 bedrooms, one queen size bed, one with bunk bed and the other one with a single bed, it has as well a sofa-bed for two people, It has a kitchen, one renovated bathroom with a big and nice shower and washing machine. There is TV, internet, cable channels, air conditioning, heating, hair dryer, ironing board, iron, and telephone for local calls.
We have some toys for little children, if you need we have a cot and a high seat for children.

It has been decorated with a lot of care to make you a very nice stay and make you to feel like at home.
We want you to have an unforgettable holidays.

Rosa is a wonderful host, she is very kind and helpful. She helped us with many things to see and do while in Barcelona. Her property is close to many attractions, cafés, restaurants, and bus lines. I would highly recommend this property for anyone to stay in.

Wonderful stay!

Great location-short walk to metro and bus stops, short walk to National Art Museum, near Montjuic; great neighborhood; clean and well appointed appointment-perfect for our family of 4 (that included our adult daughter and my mother). And Rosa and Miguel were wonderful hosts-they welcomed us with a tour of the apartment and detailed recommendations for restaurants, sightseeing seeing, etc.; checked on us mid-stay and even offered to drive us to the bus station when we left. And the kitchen was stocked with juice, milk, coffee, tea, pastries and a bottle of wine. Thank you for a great stay, Rosa and Miguel!

Great location

Our stay in Barcelona was simply wonderful and this due to the lovely apartment hosted by Rosa and Miguel. It was very clean and stocked with fruit, milk, juice, butter, jams and some like cakes/crackers. The supermarket was very close and had everything we needed. The metro is also very close which made it easy to explore Barcelona. They gave us options for things to see and do and the apartment had some maps which were very helpful. Miguel drove us to the cruise port on our last day which was extremely appreciated. Thank you Rosa and Miguel

Perfect Hosts and Apartment

I would rate this host better than five stars. They went out of their way to make our stay wonderful. The apartment was stocked with many little touches and extras to welcome us. They greeted us and helped us get acclimated to Barcelona, things to do, and how to get around. The apartment was walkable to many areas we wanted to explore and close to the metro for sightseeing further away. Grocery stores are nearby. Overall a wonderful experience and the hosts were exceptional.

A great landing place in Barcelona

We truly enjoyed our stay at Rosa and Miguel's apartment. They are beyond hospitable and welcomed us, picking up our family from the airport and providing an orientation to the apartment and neighborhood. The metro is very close which is convenient. There are many restaurants right in the area you can walk to. We also walked to Montjuic from the apartment and took the funicular up to Montjuic Castle. In regards to the apartment, it was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and having a fridge/microwave/laundry made our stay much nicer. Overall - highly recommended for your trip to Barcelona!

Great location and amazing hosts

Rosa and Miguel know how to run a great apartment. They went out of their way to ensure our Barcelona experience was going to be great and it was! They arranged to pick us up at the airport which was so welcome after 2 tiring flights from Australia. The apartment is spacious and really well equipped. It’s very quiet with no street noise at all. Plenty of supermarkets, bars & cafes nearby. Rosa & Miguel gave us lots of information to insure that we made the most of our time in Barcelona. Fridge & kitchen bench stocked with everything we needed. Enjoyed some local produce including a large succulent melon & a bottle of red wine. The bed was very comfortable…the list could go on & on. This place is 10/10.

Friendly stay in Barcelona

Rosa and Miguel were great, picked us up at airport. Explained everything, transportation in Barcelona and suggested some sites. Bought us milk, margarine, treats,wine and fruit. Explained city in detail, including where not to go at night. Area has metro close, buses close. Easy to navigate. Grocery, pharmacy and restaurants and bars within walking distance. Apartment tenants were friendly. Would stay again. Very comfortable unpretentious accommodation. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you’d need. Shower was awesome!

Great apartment and wonderful hosts

This apartment was perfect for us and the hosts could not have been more helpful. They stocked the kitchen with a few basics and added some “goodies” as well. It was very clean and tidy. Many touches of home. A big plus for us was the 2 elevators! It is spacious and comfortable and the shower was fantastic. The location was perfect. Near the bus stop and Metro as well as several grocery stores and numerous restaurants. A special thanks for the use of a cane (due to leg injury). I couldn’t have experienced Barcelona as it should be seen; on foot. We highly recommend this apartment and it’s amazing hosts!

Wonderful Stay in Cozy Pablo Sec Apartment

We loved our stay in this cozy and spotless apartment. Rosa and Miguel were the best hosts ever. They communicated with us regularly in case we needed anything. Miguel picked us up at the Sants train station, took us to the apartment and spent about an hour with us showing us how everything worked in the apartment, and went over a map of Barcelona showing us the various sites to visit and how to get there. They arranged a taxi to take us to the airport, the best hosts ever! The apartment was spotlessly clean and everything worked unlike some of the other vacation rentals we’ve gone to. We were left with a bottle of wine, a large bowl of fruits, pastries, milk, tea, coffee, juice, butter, and sweets; so very kind and thoughtful. Supermarkets, restaurants and coffee shops were all around the apartment and within very short walking distance. A metro station was only three short blocks away. We will definitely stay here again if we return to Barcelona and recommend our friends stay here as well.

Wonderful, well-located Flat

We were met by the owner when we arrived and were given a through and detailed "instructional lesson" on the flat. Do's and don'ts; operate the TV; Phone; Air Conditioning; Lights; keys for street and flat door, etc. Also, a safety briefing and a public transportation tutorial. that included what tickets to buy (and the cost), and local stores for essentials and food items (if we were inclined to prepare any of our own snacks or meals) (we were). The flat was gorgeous, as advertised and is located in a regular neighborhood of Barcelona, but not too far from common tourist attractions (but with the metro 400 meters away for the destinations most visitors would want), and a second one for the more adventurous even closer. The owners were gracious and charming hosts who provided a very clean (and easy to care) for HQ for visitors like us. They are actually one of the highlights of our stay. HIGHLY recommend this flat for your stay in Barcelona! You will not be disappointed by the hosts, the value, or the location.

This was a fantastic stay. The apartment was in excellent conditions and fully equipped with everything needed during our stay. Even a basket of fresh fruits, milk, juice, coffee and bread were left for us. Rosa and Miguel are the best hosts we have ever dealt with. The communication was great from the start. Rosa and Miguel were so kind to pick us up at the train station and took us to the apartment. We were extremely pleased with our experience and will definitely use their property in any future visits to Barcelona.

Miguel and Rosa were great hosts, from picking us up at the airport and supplying the apartment with snacks and drinks to driving us to the cruise port. The apartment is very convenient to shopping and the metro, which made our stay easy and enjoyable. The apartment is off the street, so there is no road traffic, but because it faces into a courtyard, you do hear neighbors and dogs, although the sleeping hours are quiet.

Tolles Apartment in Barcelona

Tolles Apartment in Barcelona, geräumig und hübsch eingerichtet in ruhiger Lage - nur 5 min zur U-Bahn. Unsere Gastgeber haben uns am Bahnhof abgeholt und uns viele Tipps gegeben, haben uns einen liebevollen Empfang bereitet. Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen und würden das Apartment weiter empfehlen.

We are in the foot of the Montjuïc mountain,and only 3 minutes from the Magic Fountains of Montjuïc in the area of 'Poble Sec' with all its lovely gardens, museums, a castle, the Spanish Village, and the Olympic Stadium. We have as well many bars and restaurants where you can it many diferents 'tapas'. You can go walking nearly everywhere. You're 10 minutes from Montjuic Mountain and 15 minutes walking from the sea.
