Light walls and tile flooring allow the stunning blue waters beyond to create a breathtaking contrast.

Before you repose on the balcony with a glass of wine, take the time to fully explore your beautiful home away from home. Whether you consider yourself a chef or not, you'll find yourself intrinsically drawn to the lovely galley-kitchen. White cabinetry, warm granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances give this area a high-end yet welcoming feel. The kitchen encourages culinary exploration as it's fully equipped with a double oven, toaster, blender, coffee maker, and cooking essentials. Plus, it lets you chop and sauté to a spectacular view!

Forget finding a restaurant that looks onto the beach as this condo already provides the oceanfront dining of your dreams. Perched in front of the salt-water scenery sits the dining room table for four. Gather everyone around and recline in the decadent, leather armchairs for a luxurious family meal. Should any friends be joining, you'll find extra seating provided at the kitchen breakfast bar.

In between walks on the beach and trips to Flagler, you'll find the airy living room to be your go-to place of rest. The living room endears itself to guests with its modern, art-deco feel and bright natural lighting that flows from the windows. Once you're cozied up on the L-shaped couch, turn on your favorite show on the flat-screen TV. There's nothing more relaxing than the combination of a good show and an ocean view!

Before the day slips into dusk, step onto your private balcony to soak up the last bit of the day's sunshine. Four wicker armchairs and a coffee table are provided so you can spend hours breathing in the salty air and listening to the crash of the sea. Besides a view of New Smyrna Beach, you'll also be able to survey the beautiful Florida greenery and complex pool below.

When the day's fun begins to weigh heavily on your eyelids, say your goodnights and retreat to the master bedroom. The master bedroom continues the condo's colorful palette and offers a queen bed, a floor-length mirror, a flat-screen TV, and a great view of NSB's small-town landscape. Adjoining the bedroom, you'll find the lovely master bathroom that accommodates with a double vanity, a standard bathtub, and plenty of soft bath towels.

Guests will feel equally as pampered as a queen bed and TV are provided in the second bedroom as well! The nearby guest bathroom is equipped with a mirrored vanity, a standard bathtub, and bath towels.

The condo is equipped with plenty of linens, towels, beach chairs, and all the conveniences of home to make your stay comfortable. There is a washer/dryer, wireless internet and cable TV, and a cot provided for a fifth guest.

Laid back restaurants include dining for every palate. Race fans- only a few minutes away you'll find the world-famous Daytona International Speedway. An underground gated garage parking is provided for all guests at The Wave.

The Beauty of New Smyrna Beach

New Smyrna is a barrier island positioned between the Atlantic Ocean and the Indian River. The beaches of New Smyrna stretch over 13 miles along the sandy east coast of Central Florida. Water activities abound. New Smyrna is the surfing capital of Florida-- try it yourself or watch the locals ride the big waves near the jetties. Play in the surf, gather seashells, or build a sandcastle with your kids or grandkids. From Ponce de Leon Inlet, you can embark on a great deep-sea fishing adventure. Or choose to stay closer to the shore for excellent flats fishing in Mosquito Lagoon, famous for its redfish.

While we provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through the first 24 hours, we recommend you bring the following: toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, napkins, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach items, and anything else you may need for the perfect vacation.
