Very “beach” themed space. Master bedroom was very big, shower heads could use a bit more water pressure. Once we figured out the tv it was good, easy access to pool and walkway to the ocean. Complex could use a few more washer/dryers

Traveled with my spouse and 3 year old. Chose a bottom floor unit for ease and accessibility. It was amazing to wake up and walk 100ft to the beach. There is a grocery market and beach story directly across the street. We were really upset that the pool heater was broken. We chose this condo over others because it had a heated pool. Make sure to confirm with the onsite management before your cancelation period. Would definitely stay again assuming the pool heater is fixed!

New Smyrna is great

Overall enjoyed our stay here. The beach and location were amazing. The pools and the proximity to the beach were outstanding! Our only complaint was that our unit/room was dirty. THe place was messy and dirty. The floors were not cleaned, some of the bedding had clearly not been washed. I had communication with staff regarding this but it was not easy to get reimbursed for our cleaning fee, and the fact that I had to clean my unit and bedding the day i arrived. In the end they did compensate us but only the cleaning fee. not for my time, cleaning or disruption to our stay. For this reason I would not stay in this particular location again.

Comfortable

The condo was a quaint, older, yet clean property. The largest issues we had were that the building was having roofing work being done while we were there, which was very disruptive. In addition, we did not have HVAC due to the roofers error the week we were there, although the property managers were very responsive. If we had no roofing and AC, it would have been near perfect. We would still return, because the property, beach and the people were really nice.
