Overall visit was okay. We didn’t have access to the pool for two days because of sealing pavers around the pool area. Wish we had known ahead of time and may have rescheduled our visit. A couple housekeeping issues…area rugs are dirty and need cleaned. Bath mats in the master were so bad we washed them ourselves. Sliding glass door needs serviced, extremely hard to open or close. Remotes for the ceiling fans don’t work, I had to stand on a chair to pull the chain and adjust speed. We have stayed at Ebb Time numerous times (never in this unit) and love the facility overall and will go back again.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We sincerely apologize that the pool closure affected your stay. Onsite notified us the same day as the closure and we reached out as soon as possible. We understand that this was an inconvenience. We're equally sorry about the housekeeping issues you encountered. The rugs, bath mats, and non-functional remotes should never have been left in that condition, and we truly appreciate you pointing this out. We're addressing these items immediately and will ensure they're properly maintained going forward. We'll also get that sliding glass door serviced right away. We're grateful for your loyalty to Ebb Time and your patience with us on this visit. Thank you for letting us make it right by issuing a partial refund for issues reported in your review.

Ebb Tide is very nice. However, this unit lacked any extras like beach chairs, sand toys, plastic beach cups, or a small beach cooler.

Great condo in a gorgeous spot! Check in process was easy and condo was very clean! We brought our newborn and everyone was super nice. Only thing is the place doesn’t have an oven. Which was fine for us!!! Would stay here again.

We stayed in Moontide 707. Excellent location & amenities, short walk to the beach & pool.We appreciated the convenient foot-rinse station for washing off sand from the beach. Condo was well equipped with items that made our stay more enjoyable - beach chairs & towels, boogie board, pickle ball paddles & balls, washer, dryer, dishwasher, nice patio. Beds were very comfortable, AC worked exceptionally well, and we enjoyed having access to the well-equipped, air-conditioned fitness center. Our arrival was a bit stressful. We were delayed getting into the condo because the parking garage was locked. We waited for parking passes and keys to be delivered. We parked on the main deck and received notices on our vehicles warning they could be towed without parking passes. We also discovered there was no key for the fitness center in the condo, despite the listing indicating one would be available, so that had to be brought to us as well. To management's credit, they acknowledged these inconveniences and provided us with a gift card. There were also maintenance issues during our stay. Some of the towels had noticeable stains, although there were enough clean ones for our group. The bathtub drain in the front bathroom was clogged, causing several inches of dirty water to accumulate while showering, and the shower head repeatedly came loose and fell off. The TV in the front guest bedroom never worked because it required a PIN. Despite these frustrations, we had a great vacation.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your detailed feedback! We're thrilled you enjoyed Moontide 707's location, amenities, and comfort features—that means everything to us. We sincerely apologize for the check-in delays. The complex requires guest to fill out a form for the fitness center for access. We apologize for the frustration with that but we unfortunately can no bypass it. We're grateful our team could resolve these issues promptly. We also regret the maintenance concerns you encountered with the drain, shower head, and TV access. These don't meet our standards, and we're taking immediate action to address them. Your feedback helps us improve. We'd love to welcome you back and provide the seamless experience you deserve from the start. Thank you for your patience and for choosing us for your beach getaway!
