Hello, I think and I hope that you got the wrong accommodation during your assessment.
Indeed, the accommodation was completely renovated in 2020 so 2 years ago, including the renewal of the furniture.
The "district" is not poor but residential, they are not large buildings or social housing.
You left on the agreed day and not before the scheduled date, which makes me finger the veracity of your comments about our accommodation.
However, if this evaluation was really for our accommodation, I invite you to contact us as soon as possible in order to know our areas of improvement for our future travelers.

Appartement a 5min de la cité plutôt cool, acces récupération clefs bien expliqué mais arbustes piquant juste devant, immeuble vieillot, sympa pour 1 nuit pas plus ....

Bertrand... La résidence date de 2003, soit 20 ans ce qui est peu pour un bien immobilier. Si vous avez passer un bon séjour soit disant "cool" pourquoi tenir rigueur votre hote de la date de la construction de la résidence ? 🤔
