Old farmhouse completely renovated in the countryside near the village. Private secure pool 13 m x 5 m (unheated). 400 m² living space. Outdoor areas (around the pool and under the awning for outdoor meals). 12 beds distributed in 7 bedrooms, 4 with air conditioning (3 beds 160; 1 bed 140, 4 beds 90), 2 bathrooms. 5 shower rooms, 5 toilets. 2 living rooms, large fully equipped kitchen with dining area and dining room.

Available for a period of 7 nights minimum. Specific rates for low and mid season (contact us).

A wonderfull stay on a brilliant place

The house is a real home. Ideal to share with 2 families. Brilliant pool that even gets cleaned bij a very kind cleaner. Ideal location , the boulangerie,minimarket and charcuterie are just around the around the corner. And indeed so is the tgv, but that never bothered us for a second

super maison a marsanne

maison tres spacieuse et tres bien fournie en pleine drome provencale. grande piscine avec une bache, ce qui permet de la couvrir la nuit et de la fermer quand on a de jeunes enfants.

Très agréable maison qui donne envie de revenir passer plus temps en Drôme

Nous avons apprécié la maison qui correspond tout à fait au descriptif fait dans l'annonce. Nous avons du écourter notre séjour dû à des problèmes personnels mais seront très heureux de revenir passer du bon temps en Drôme

Magnifiques vacances

Magnifique maison avec un grand jardin et une belle piscine. La piscine était un peu fraîche mais nous nous sommes quand même baigné tous les jours. Il y a un très agréable couvert pour manger qui permet d’être à l abri du vent, du soleil ou de la pluie. Valérie nous a très bien accueilli et la maison était bien équipée et très propre.

Séjour parfait, hôtesse charmante et ultra disponible.. Maison impeccable, chambres ayant chacune leur cachet, avec les salles de bain attenantes. Cuisine de compétition. Et la pisicine indispensable, à toutes heures que du plaisir. Je recommande.

Un p'tit coin de paradis...

Très belle propriété, très fonctionnelle et parfaitement équipée, idéale pour un séjour avec enfants, dans un environnement riche en loisirs. Et un accueil très agréable qui met en confiance le vacancier. Difficile de faire mieux...

We had a wonderful family reunion !

What a great property for a family reunion, with lots of space - 7 bedrooms and several areas to dine, inside and outside . The pool is spectacular and clean. We enjoyed cooking in the big, well-stocked kitchen.. La Drome is so rich in history and we enjoyed visiting many surrounding historical sites, including Grignan. Our proprietare did warn us of of a TGV during the day which ran close to the property , but we learned to ignore it.Wonderful spot for a big family to gather.

SEJOUR PARFAIT

Notre séjour a été au niveau de nos espérances, et bien plus encore. Dès notre arrivée, Valérie nous a accueilli de façon chaleureuse, avec de petites attentions, et nous a fait le tour de sa magnifique demeure. La demeure et les extérieurs sont tout simplement exceptionnels. La maison est très grande, et extrêmement bien équipée, avec de multiples SDB et WC et parfaitement agencée. Chaque couple et chaque enfant avait une chambre digne de ce nom, spacieuse, décorée avec goût, et climatisées pour certaines. En ce qui concerne les extérieurs, une belle et grande piscine est au rendez-vous, avec le passage d’un pisciniste pour l’entretien. Différents endroits peuvent accueillir une belle tablée pour le petit-déjeuner ou le dîner. Et le fait d’être à l’écart de tout voisinage nous a bien arrangé, car nous sommes plutôt bruyants :) Le grand jardin arboré vous permet de vous isoler à l'ombre et de vous reposer sur les nombreux transats. Pour résumer, un séjour parfait où même lorsque nous avons eu un pépin avec la climatisation, Valérie a répondu dans la foulée et a fait le nécessaire auprès d’un réparateur. Nous avons apprécié sa réactivité et sa disponibilité. Bref, vous l'aurez bien compris, tout a été à la hauteur, même la région regorge de différents beaux endroits à visiter et de belles manifestations à voir. Merci encore à Valérie et à très bientôt assurément. Les Alsaciens.....:))
