Everything was lovely. Nothing was high maintenance so our stay was incident free. Close to the ocean made for beautiful walks especially at sunrise. Our host was so accommodating. Highly recommended

Great stay, only thing to note is the house doesn’t have A/C (I don’t think a lot of the houses on the Hilo side have A/C) but we were comfortable every night with the fans blowing and doors open. We didn’t have neighbors until the last night of our stay but keep in mind this is a bottom unit of a house, so there may be neighbors above. Very clean and well maintained home.

We have stayed here before and knew it was clean, close to the ocean and had everything we needed. The host, Andy, is so friendly. He would help in any way possible. We could hear the ocean waves crashing into the cliffs. I fantastic time and wonderful place to stay.

The premises was excellent in all aspects except the lack of air conditioning and a bit too far from the city even with a rental car (4 miles from the main road). Landord was very good. Check in and out procedures are very simple and good.
