Detached gite quietly located in the Parc de Brière (canals 2 km away), 6 km from the beaches of Pornichet and 12 km from Guérande / La Baule / ST Nazaire. Enclosed garden of 900 m² with terrace. Ground floor: large living room/living room with open fitted kitchen, bathroom, separate WC and storeroom. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (1: 1 140x190 bed and 1 90x190 bed, 2: 1 140x190 bed and 1 90x190 bed, 3: 1 140x190 bed + cot), shower room, separate WC. Additional equipment: wifi, DVD player, radio/CD, complete baby equipment, small freezer, beach games. Included: electric underfloor heating, wood. Not included: sheets and towels. Animals: €100 deposit. Optional services to be paid on site and to be reserved before your arrival: - End of stay cleaning: 74.47€ per stay Property managed by a professional.
