Gîte located in the heart of the Touffou forest, near the owners' house. Enclosed 150 m² garden. Boules, rackets, and ball available.
Ground floor: Living room with open-plan kitchen (2 steps), 2 bedrooms (each with two 80x200cm twin beds), bathroom, and separate toilet.
Upstairs: Attic bedroom (two 80x200cm twin beds) with private shower room and toilet.
Amenities included: freezer, DVD player, stereo system, Wi-Fi access, complete baby equipment + playpen/bouncer upon request.
Included: thermodynamic heating (underfloor), electricity, sheets, towels, and household linens.
Not included: tourist tax. Mandatory cleaning fee for business customers (€70).
Nantes 15 km away.
