Gîte adjoining the owners' house located in the heart of the Parc de la Brière, near the marshes, 8 km from St Nazaire and 20 km from La Baule, on the departmental axis Montoir/St Joachim (set back from the road) . Other gite on site (total capacity: 4 people). Private terrace facing south (about 20 m²) and private parking. Single storey: living room/living room with open kitchen, 1 bedroom (140x190 bed), shower room/wc and linen room. Additional equipment: wifi access, complete baby equipment, washer-dryer, freezer. Not included: sheets, bathroom/house linen, electric heating (7€/day). Property managed by a professional.
