Holiday house in Saint Marc sur Mer between Pornichet and Saint-Nazaire

House of character of the 30s fully restored located in St Marc sur Mer, 5 km from the bay of Baule and 150 m from the famous beach Mr Hulot. All local shops are located in the village at 200m. Accessible directly by bus from the station served by the TGV.

A beautiful garden and a wooden terrace are also available.
In the garden is an outbuilding converted into a bedroom with shower room and WC (ideal for two children or another couple). Bed 140.
Very quiet location near local shops (pharmacy, post office, coffee, tobacco / newspaper, restaurant, grocery store, restaurant on the beach. Large shopping arcade (FNAC, Casino supermarket, Mac do ..) 2 kms.

Ker Arvor is a charming seaside villa, located 150 m from the famous beach of Mr Hulot in Saint-Marc-sur-Mer, halfway between Saint-Nazaire and the bay of La Baule

Great location for exploring St Marc Sur Mer and locale

We had a lovely week spent soaking up the glorious weather on the beach in the pretty quiet garden and enjoying the comforts of the accommodation. It is a very special place and we Would love to come back again soon

Sehr gut gelegenes Haus, nahe zum Strand und zu Geschäften. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und mit Stile eingerichtet und man findet alles, was man für die Küche und das tägliche Leben braucht. Sehr angenehm waren die zwei "getrennten" Schlafbereiche durch das Gartenhaus. Der Check In und Check Out vollkommen unkompliziert. Insgesamt eine sehr angenehme Erfahrung.

Uitstekende vakantie locatie

We hebben genoten van het huis, volledig in gericht en gelegen in een omgeving met een dorps karakter. Alle gemakken dicht in de buurt, winkels, markt en vooral ook het prachtige strand. Veel gelegenheid tot wandelen en fietsen. En bezoeken van Saint Nazaire en Pornichet en het schiereiland Le Croisic. Kortom teveel om op te noemen en kom je tijd tekort.

Schönes Haus mit tollem Garten

Haus liegt 300 m vom schönen Strand in ruhiger Seitenstrasse. Komplett ausgestattet, etwas zu viele persöhnliche Dinge.

Excellente adresse pour découvrir St Nazaire et la cote d’Amour

La maison est très agréable, bien équipée, le jardin magnifique et l’annexe très joliment arrangée. Elle est toute proche de la plage de M Hulot et des sentiers côtiers, mais plus au calme, en tous cas à cette saison. On a eu du mal à en partir!

Une maison idéale près de la mer

Nous avons passé 3 semaines dans la maison près de la mer a Saint-Marc-sur-mer. Saint-Marc est une petite cité balnéaire très sympathique et la maison est très accueillante, très bien aménagée, calme et confortable. Son jardin est un plus indéniable, c’est un régal. Notre entrée et notre sortie des lieux s’est faite de façon autonome et les propriétaires se sont montrés disponibles. Nous espérons pouvoir y séjourner de nouveau.

Emplacement ideal

Propriété très agréable située proche (à pied) de la mer et du centre ville, très lumineuse, confortable et bien équipée. En petit plus, un jeu de serviettes de bain supplémentaire serait bienvenu. Nous avons apprécié l organisation de l accès à la location, qui n était pas soumis à la présence des proprietaires et permettait un retard éventuel de notre part.

Superbe location !

La rénovation de cette maison est parfaite. Elle est équipée de matériaux de qualité et de bon goût. Parfaitement implantée dans le bourg de St Marc. Location idéale notamment pour 2 couples d'adultes.

Séjour de rêve

Tout est étudié dans cette maison pour un séjour ou on se sent comme chez soi. On arrive et on trouve même les produits de toilette au cas ou ces derniers auraient été oubliés. Maison moderne et chaleureuse. Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour à une rue de la mer.

Séjour très agréable

Maison très spacieuse, confortable,disposant de tout ce qu'il fallait pour rendre notre séjour reposant. Une très bonne météo nous a permis d'apprécier pleinement du jardin paysager. De plus, l'emplacement est idéal pour la plage,et les petits commerces. Nous recommandons fortement cette location.

Nicely decorated home

We had a lovely stay in this nicely decorated home with a lovely garden. Communication before arrival was good, and we had access through a key box. The house was clean and well equipped. The garden annex (second bedroom) was also clean, but seems to suffer from a mildly moist atmosphere. The house is located close to the beach in a small town (more like a suburb of St Nazaire). A few shops and restaurants are available at walking distance too.

A deux pas de la magnifique plage de monsieur Hulot. D’un sentier cotier de premiere beauté. D’une ville de Saint Nazaire devenue surprenante station balneaire.Pas loin de Nantes l’epoustouflante .Et du littoral breton au Nord. Quasi vendéen au sud. Un pavillon magnifiquement renové sur un intime jardin. Rien ne manque et surtout pas le bon gout. Adorable marché le dimanche. Bien pensée, la rėnovation intégrale de cette ancienne maison nous a procuré un lieu de vie trés agréable et fonctionnel. Nous avons apprécié le calme et la vue apaisante sur un beau jardin. Avec le soleil au rendez-vous, ce mois de février, nous avons pu admirer les plages et emprunter le chemin côtier à deux pas de la maison. Avec la voiture, nous avons pû rejoindre facilement les beaux sites touristiques régionaux. Côté pratique une superette, ainsi qu'un petit marché voisins suffisent à l'approvisionnement. Trés bon séjour en résumė.
