20 km from Nantes, in the heart of a protected natural environment, peace and quiet await you in this independent cottage, adjoining the owners' house, located in their superb enclosed landscaped grounds (6000 m²).

Private terrace with lovely views of the swimming pool and garden. Heated swimming pool open from mid-June to mid-September (5x10 m), shared with the owners. Elliptical trainer available.

Single level (access via 4 steps): living/dining room (sofa bed 140x190) with open-plan fitted kitchen, 1 bedroom (bed 160x200) and shower room/WC.

Additional amenities: Wi-Fi, combination microwave oven, electric barbecue, full baby equipment, fan.
All inclusive: electric heating, electricity, bed linen, towels, and cleaning service.
Numerous hiking trails nearby. Cycling route in front of the cottage.
La Baule/Pornichet/Guérande 40 km.
