This huge 2400 square foot unit was created by combining two-two bedroom units linked by a central entryway. Perfect for a large group/family while providing great privacy options. It features two Master suites with king size beds and on-suite bathrooms with garden tubs, two guest bedrooms, two guest bathrooms and a sofa bed in each of the two living rooms. Enjoy the convenience of not one, but two full kitchens each equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and stove. I will give house keeping a 3 out of 5 ,but overall the property was nice guess services was 100% except for the little hiccup with the keys that didn’t work, but they take care of the issue promptly

Green springs resort

Needs to be updated. Check in& out was good. But facility was disappointing. No dish cloths, little cooking utensils. Needs new Furniture & flooring. 8 of us & 4 towels. Rented two units. Won’t stay here again & I don’t usually do reviews. Have stayed @ better resorts in Williamsburg.

Our sincerest apologies for the housekeeping shortfall. It appears linens and towels were not properly place. A teachable moment. Had you called at anytime concerning the shortfall , we would have quickly, kindly and easily delivered more towels and kitchen products within minutes. As you know… we have a maintenance staff on site 24 hours a day for such reasons. This is explained at checkin and noted in several places in the condo. Thanks for the feedback, we will remedy and improve and discuss with our staff.

Solid Place - But due for light renovation

We stayed for 6 nights over Christmas as a group of 8. Booking and check-in/out all went smoothly. The property is as advertised and expected. The property however needs a minor renovation soon. Some minor things were broken/worn out in our unit and it could use updating. Things to note: - If you want to have the 'guest' bedrooms with all twin beds, you will be put on the third floor with no elevator. - Maid service is only once every 7 days. - Vacuums are not in the unit, guests have to check them out. - Kitchen cookware and utensils are bare-bones, usable, but not well equipped.

Great Home Base for Williamsburg Adventure

This property was one of the few that met our needs for a 4 bedroom for 3 couples and a toddler. We reached all activities in the area with a 20-30 min drive. Shopping was located about 10 minutes away. The resort was very clean and secure, with a 24-hour staffed guard gate. The check-in process was slow, about 40 minutes on Friday ~5pm. The unit was 2 almost identical units next to each other with a central door. We closed the main door and left the unit doors open so family could walk back and forth. We had two living rooms, two kitchens, four bathrooms and for bathrooms. The bedrooms were spacious. Each unit has a king and 2 twin beds. We had a toddler who didn't want to be alone, so we had plenty of room to place one twin bed on the floor of the king room. The beds and pillows are comfortable with nice linens. The master baths were huge, with a big corner soaking tub, and the shower had full-size shampoo, conditioner, and soap dispensers. The towels were large and plush. While the entrance was a little worn, the units were spotlessly clean. The only complaint (minor), we could hear the footsteps of the occupants above. Otherwise very quiet. The kitchen had absolute basics. One big serving ball and one tiny cookie sheet. Tough for cooking and serving for 7. The family was very happy with the location (close to Jamestown), and the experience overall. They all agreed they would be happy to stay here again.

Family Vaca

The layout of the property was perfect for 3 families with 6 kids. We were able to have a pac&play and high chair delivered which made life so much easier with a 7month old. Beds were comfy and there were plenty of towels. Could have used a cookie sheet and a better cooking utensils but we managed. I would definitely come back again as the location is great!

Close to Busch Gardens-which is why we were there…. Check in was okay but since we weren’t using the resort “Amenities” (we just needed a place to lay our heads at night ) the resort FEE was annoying. Didn’t see a “checkout list” so we were a little unsure of what to do before we left. Needed a few more kitchen “things” (pans) because we cooked breakfast each morning. Great (and quick) correspondence with owner and that’s always so nice ! Also-the bedding was AMAZING (and I am picky about that) Thanks for allowing us to stay!
