Fun and Open Space Near Everything - Pool table, Hot Tub in Williamsburg

Come for the fun to a spacious 1st floor walkout basement/apartment just 1 mile from Busch Gardens & Water Country and just 3 miles from Colonial Williamsburg & William and Mary. You'll have a large pool table, bar area, private entrance, private hot tub & fire pit, coffee bar, and free parking in a quiet neighborhood. The space is part of our home (the bottom floor) w/ private entry - it is not shared space. The VRBO filter 'entire home' refers to the entire apartment, and is more than a room or shared room (the other options on any listing).

We would love to share anything you want to know about the area, and surrounding cities. Jamestown and Yorktown are also close by.

We live in the upper 2 floors, so expect to hear us walking and such as the space is not soundproof. The bedroom is on one end, the trundle, TV room is at the other end, and the full bathroom is in the middle and accessible to both. NOTE: There is NO kitchen or kitchen sink, but there is a microwave, toaster oven, blender, fridge, and small freezer with ice. We also provide some plastic plates and bowls, real glassware, and coffee mugs. But again, if needing to wash things, there's only the bathroom sink. Guests are advised to bring their own paper products if NOT eating out or getting take out.

Access is around the back of the home. Street parking is in front of our home and we prefer that guests park on the left side of the driveway. Just go though the wooden gate on the left side of the house and motion lights have been installed for night access. Once confirmed, we will provide a code to enter just before checkin.
Other things to note
You'll have a space heater, box, fan, kids pack -n- play, hair dryer, outdoor swings, fire pit and wood, plus some extra special touches - just because!
