We purchased this property because of its great location and unique views. This house is only half a block from the beach and the complimentary trolley stop, and it is within easy walking distance to the Village of Laguna. Laguna Beach has so much to do including art festivals, musical performances, nature walks, hikes, great restaurants, gallery hopping, community parades and celebrations, as well as surfing, snorkeling, and scuba diving. Sunsets are amazing and the climate is temperate all year long. Enjoy a glass of wine and the ocean view from this home any night of the year.
