A recent kitchen with oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, 2-burner hob, SENSEO coffee maker and coffee maker, etc..... A bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine, mobile air conditioner. The apartment is equipped with 2 flat screen TVs. All close to a small shopping centre LE FORUM, a free car park of 500 spaces, a large area 3km away.<br><br>Cleaning is to be done at the end of the stay, if not done extra 60€.<br>A deposit check of €350 and €60 will be requested on arrival and will be returned to you on departure unless damaged.
