Villa Ruth is located in Playa Blanca in the south of the island of Lanzarote. Playa Blanca is one of the finest tourist resorts, perfect for families and boasts the warmest weather.

Villa Ruth is a privately owned and maintained modern villa with a large private pool ( 8 x 5 metres ) in its own garden. It is situated on a very quiet street and is set back from the road with its own private entrance gate. There is ample parking.

The villa provides spacious single story living for up to 6 guests. Surrounding the pool there are comfortable loungers for each guest and a large double terrace with a built-in BBQ and dining table for al fresco dining.

There are 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, distributed across 2 levels within the villa: On the upper level there is a bedroom with a king size bed, a bedroom with 2 single beds and one full bathroom, on the lower level there is a bedroom with a king size bed and another area for another 1 single bed for extra guests if requires. This area also has access to the pool and terrace.

There is ample dining space inside and out. A well equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher. In the main lounge area there is a flat-screen TV with DVD player. This villa is perfect for large families or couples who wish to share.
