The home is fully equipped and stylishly decorated. A supermarket is a 5-minute walk away, and local markets are held on Tuesdays and Saturdays. It is 10 minutes from the train station and large shopping centers—a small, rejuvenating haven close to everything. The ground floor features a bathroom with both a bathtub and a shower. There are three separate bedrooms, and the entire house is air-conditioned. It comes fully equipped with all necessary tableware and appliances, including a dishwasher.
