Decent hotel for price we paid

Location was good. Hotel rooms were average nothing fancy but good for the amount of time we spent in them. Breakfast could use a little more variety.

I was lead to believe that this was a two bedroom two bath condo and it was to separate rooms. It also, stated that it was a resort and it was just a hotel. I had to pay extra fees at time of check in and those fees were not mentioned prior to booking.

Worst stay ever

I checked in on a Thursday. Now it is Sunday and still the room has not been clean. I had to go to the front desk to ask for clean towels and also paper toilet. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Don’t waste your money and then some

When booking we weren’t told about a 100 per room hold ( booked two rooms with a walk through door) WITH a credit card OR a 63 per room fee for room service and was never given a connecting room. We arrived late at night and still had to wait to check in. Then the unexpected fees were given to us. The front attendant was always on his phone regardless if he was helping or not. We booked for 4 days and each day had to go to the front desk to get more towels and more toilet paper. Our tv would not work. Fridge has water puddled underneath. Never received room cleaning or trash pick up, even after paying 20/day for room service. Had to set trash outside our door and wet towels. Bathroom was gross and dirty. Breakfast was a joke and no one would eat it. I would not recommend this hotel and will never stay again!
