Great Location

Our accommodation was very good, spacious and within walking distance of all the attractions/restaurant we wantrd to visit/experience. The key pickup facility could be improved by having the key much closer to the property.

Great Relaxing Stay

We had a really nice stay at the flat. Everything was very clean for our stay. The location was my favourite part. It is just outside the main hustle and bustle of old Nice (about a 5 min walk) so it's nice and quiet at night if you want to turn in early but close enough to the restaurants if you're looking for an evening out. Its about a 7min walk from the ocean which was great. Right next to a bus stop and a 15 min walk from the train station.

Great location

My husband and I enjoyed our week stay. The apartment was on the small size, but had everything we needed. I wouldn’t recommend have more than two people. We had great communication with the hosts. The only downside is you have to pick up and drop off the keys at a secondary location. You cannot beat the location of this apartment. We loved living like the locals!!

Nice Vacay

Really enjoyed the apartment we stayed at. Was clean, was roomy, was close to everything - the beach, the buses, trams, trains, to grocery stores, to restaurants. Felt right at home. Communication with property management company went well; I notified them immediately when I noticed a wheel on the bedroom closet door was on the floor, and not on the sliding closet door. They acknowledged that. We really enjoyed our stay. One point to note: we think that the apartment next door is also a "rental". Noise transfer is a problem. the people who stayed in that apartment were VERY noisy in the middle of the night. Different people came and went during our 3 week stay. Loud music, loud voices, doors banging. 2:50 a.m. or 3:15 a.m. or 4:46 a.m. This began 4 days after we arrived. I'm all for younger people having fun, probably coming into Nice for the weekend but the level and timing of the noise every night for 5 nights in a row is not acceptable. I would suspect apartment owners living in the other apartments were unhappy, as I heard one time someone pounding on the door next door. The noise quieted down for a little while, but not for long. One night, another couple had arrived in that next door apartment. They began arguing -- loud screaming, yelling. The woman was crying. It was like they were in our unit. My husband knocked on their door to ask if everything was ok. The man who answered said he and his wife were having a dispute. Thought we should mention noise problem.

Bon emplacement et logement bien équipé.

Emplacement au centre, pratique pour visiter la ville. Logement bien équipé. La porte de la salle de bain ne se ferme pas, de plus il m'a été impossible de donner un bain à mon fils car la fermeture de la bonde de la baignoire ne fonctionne pas. Et il faudrait préciser dans l'annonce qu'il y a plusieurs marches avant de pouvoir accéder à l'ascenseur car avec une poussette cela a été compliqué.
