This bright, spacious apartment is located in the heart of the city.

Thank you for taking the time to review the apartment. It was a pleasure to have you to stay again. We love the location also. It is so near to the places you would want to visit for example the Old Town and beach, Place Massena and Place Garabaldi and the port while being in a quieter area for a city centre location. The restaurants, wine bars and coffee shops in the nearby are among the best in Nice and there are some lovely green spaces. We look forward to welcoming you back.

Thank you for taking the time to review our apartment. We are very pleased to hear that you enjoyed your stay, especially the location, the quietness of the apartment, the cleanliness and the sunny aspect. To clarify with regard to one month stays, whilst the stay is self catering extra cleaning mid stay is provided. In addition, guests can use extra linen and towels as they need during their stay. At the end of their stay one set of linen and towels for laundering per person on departure is included. If guests wish to vary this, they can request it. It is set out in the rental agreement on booking. The apartment is well equipped for holiday stays and there is a dish washer, washing machine, micro wave, coffee machine, fridge freezer and everything we think a guest might need for a holiday stay. In addition, the area has excellent facilities. There is a dry cleaners and laundry on the street beside the building and a supermarket within a three minute walk. We strive to make guests welcome and look after their needs as much as is possible for self catering (with some extras such as provisions in the fridge on arrival after a long flight). Katherine, who looks after the apartment is very responsive to guests needs. We feel good communication is important to ensure a great stay and we do respond quickly. Nice is a wonderful city and the location of the apartment is near some of the most beautiful parks and squares.

Thank you for reviewing the apartment. We are very pleased that you enjoyed your stay and the location.

Thank you for taking the time to review your stay and also for rebooking so quickly to stay with us again in September 2026. I am glad to hear you enjoyed your holiday and the apartment. It is in a great location for holiday stays. With regard to transport, I am aware that you took the tram to Grand Arenas (the first stop outside the airport- free from the airport to Grand Arenas and then you must have a ticket). Many people understandably do this as they have read articles advocating it - the journey from here to the city is significantly cheaper (at €1.50 per journey). Buying the ticket from airport ticket machines is €10 return. Our advice is to buy the ticket at the airport and not get off at Grand Arenas as is very busy. It is the stop for the railway station used by tourists and commuters up and down the coast. You can be delayed by up to 40 minutes when buying your ticket. Added to this, the tram operators continually advise people to watch their belongings getting on and off the tram. We find the tram very safe but we would always get our tickets at the airport. We are often tired after travelling and we are guaranteed a seat at the airport stop. With our luggage, we feel it is more secure than going into the crowds of Grand Arenas. We hope you enjoy your stay in the apartment again in 2026.

Thank you for taking the time to review our apartment. The location is very central for a holiday stay. The transport links, decent restaurants, museums and shops are all nearby with the beach a short stroll through the old town. Katherine looks after it very well and always keeps an eye out for the guest’s comfort. She is quick to see what needs to be done to keep items updated and in good condition. We are lucky to have her looking after it and looking after our guests.

It was a pleasure to have you as guests and are very happy that you enjoyed your stay. Thank you for choosing the apartment. Yes, it is very well located for holiday stays - a few minutes from Vieux Nice (just through the green walkway at Promenade de Paillon). The arrival of the second tram from the airport makes it very convenient to get around as both tram lines are just a few minutes walk. We love the light in Nice and the Sejour really benefits with four windows. We look forward to welcoming you back.

Thank you for taking the time to review our apartment. It was a pleasure to see you return again in 2019 and we are so pleased to hear that you had another wonderful time. The apartment is a great size to accommodate four guests comfortably and it’s lovely and bright. We do something to improve and maintain it each year and have it equipped with everything we can think of that we would need for ourselves. For holidays it is in one of the best locations in Nice. It is near to everything but far enough away from the noise of The Old Town at night. The restaurants and cafes in the area are among the best in Nice and provisions can be purchased about a three minute walk away. The transport links are excellent so it is a great base to explore Provence and Italy.. Thank you for choosing the apartment again this year. We hope to welcome you back sometime in the future.

Thank you for your lovely review of the apartment. We are so pleased that your accommodation added to your visit to beautiful Nice. We work at ensuring we supply most of our guests needs and do something each year to keep the apartment up to date. I agree with you - Katherine is wonderful! It was a pleasure to welcome you and thank you for your lovely review and feedback. Katherine is wonderful and so thoughtful to our guests. We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed your stay.

Thank you for taking the time to review our property and for giving a very accurate description of the interior. We love how bright, spacious and airy it is. The bathroom layout is well described. It makes for plenty of space and comfort for guests. As it is in the city centre near the old town, the buildings are mostly old buildings. Planning does not allow for air conditioning in many of these buildings so we have provided Dyson fans which are the best alternative. These, coupled with keeping the traditional old shutters of the building closed with the little windows in them open gives good air circulation. Unfortunately, July this year was exceptionally hot with several canicule warnings. The Mayor of the city has done excellent work in trying to cool the city down in the summer by making one way systems with trees on all the streets, introducing electric buses and creating the colle verte walkway that can be seen from the apartment.

Thank you for taking the time to review our apartment and we are very pleased that you enjoyed its location and facilities. For checking in, mostly guests are met at the apartment when it is during office hours. Outside of this time or during very busy times (the week of your stay coincided with the Cannes Film Festival and the Monaco Grand Prix), we use the key holding service provided by the business next door. They provide a very good service and I am glad to hear your issue was resolved quickly. Assistance is always also available on the ground as Katherine, who looks after guests is very experienced. As well as the train station, buses are very efficient. For Villefranche and Cap Ferrat the bus leaves from a two minute walk from the apartment. We appreciate your feedback.

Thank you for taking the time to review the apartment and we are very pleased that you had a wonderful holiday. The location is so convenient. The transport is now excellent and the choice of restaurants and amenities nearby are really great. We think communication is very important and keep the information we provide up to date to help guests get the most out of their stay. We look forward to welcoming you back.
