Close to the lighthouse and 5 miles from downtown historic St Augustine, the fort, restaurants , Marinas and where night of lights is celebrated and memorable.

⭐️This condo is next to the condo office where you can get pamphlets of anything you want to do in the area. They do ask if you have a dog, that your pet not to be left all day to bark to disturb other tenants.

⭐We provide essential starter supplies—soap, paper towels, and toilet paper—for the first four days of your stay. Guests are responsible for replenishing supplies after that.
⭐Quiet Hours: Please be mindful of the community's quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM. This ensures a peaceful environment for all residents and guests.
⭐Condo Community Rules: This property is part of a condo community with shared spaces. Please respect all community guidelines, including pool rules, parking regulations, and noise levels.
⭐Guest Entry: Access to the condo is provided via a secure digital lock. A unique code will be sent to you the day of your stay for easy and secure entry.
⭐Pool Key Replacement: Guests are responsible for the cost of replacing the pool key if it is lost during their stay.
