Der Gesamteindruck war leider nicht gut.Das Objekt war nicht gereinigt als wir es bezogen haben und der Vermieter war nicht über die angegebene Telefonnummer zu erreichen, nur über den Chat innerhalb der Plattform, wenn eine Rückmeldung nur Stunden später. Man hat den Eindruck, dass ihn die Probleme der Mieter nicht interessiert.Ich würde nur 2 Sterne für den Gesamteindruck geben. Leider liess sich die Auswahl am Anfang nicht mehr korrigieren.

Belle maison confortable entre Bassin et Océan

Maison parfaite pour accueillir notre famille composée de 3 couples + 2 jeunes + 1 bébé (1 an). Bien conçue et bien équipée : de tout confort. Piscine parfaitement intégrée à la terrasse très appréciable au retour de plage - accès aux plus belles plages de l’océan en une 20aine de minutes. Proximité des commerces non négligeable et du Centre plein de charme d’Andernos. Propriétaire discret mais très disponible et soucieux de la qualité du séjour de ses hôtes. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir et recommandons vivement !

Nous avons séjourné un week-end dans ce logement. La maison est très spacieuse et pratique. La terrasse est superbe et agréable. Une grande et vraie cuisine et une table à manger pour une très grande tablée. La boite à clé permet d'arriver et de partir quand on le souhaite sans contrainte. Merci

Bon séjour, mais...

La villa est très bien située, à moins de 5 min à pieds du port ostréicole d'Andernos, et ça c'est top ! Il y'a même un Casino juste en face pour faire ses courses, ce qui est bien pratique. Revers de la médaille, elle est sur un boulevard, très passant de surcroit, donc on entend le bruit continu des voitures. A savoir : Il y'a un vis-à-vis énorme, les voisins voient toute la terrasse et la piscine. La maison est jolie, assez bien agencée (pour 2, c'était parfait, pour 10 en revanche, je ne sais pas...), et c'était propre. En revanche, il y'a le minimum en ustensiles, il manquait notamment le barbecue alors qu'il est indiqué dans l'annonce... nous avons dû en acheter un petit d'appoint. Il est aussi urgent de changer la literie !! Les matelas sont mous, usés, les lits grincent (précision : ils font du 140*200). Nous avons préféré apporter notre linge car la somme demandée pour un jeu de draps (pour un lit double) + 2 serviettes de bain équivalait à 48 € !!! Pour conclure, je dirais que les prestations fournies, comme la communication avec le propriétaire, donnaient une impression de service minimum, ce qui est bien dommage... La maison ne donne pas envie d'y rester toute une journée, en mode farniente. Elle est plutôt pratique comme point d'ancrage. Les + : - Proche port ostréicole, commerces - Piste cyclable juste à côté Les - : - La literie - Le vis-à-vis et le bruit de la route - Le service minimum
