This complex is perfectly located in sunny South Kihei, close to the beaches, restaurants and shopping, but far enough away to relax and experience the tranquility of Maui's beauty. You will find yourself just steps away from the beautiful Kamaole Beaches I, II and III, famous for their white sand & crystal-clear water, making it easy to take an early morning swim in the ocean, beach combing, sunbathing, snorkeling, boogie boarding or other beach activities. It's also a short drive to numerous golf courses including Wailea and Makena.

Kihei Ali'i Kai B306 is a one bedroom, one bathroom, 3rd floor corner condo with ocean views. Elevators will take you to the third floor, but please be advised that there are steps required to access the unit. In the spacious living room, you will find counter seating at the large kitchen island for four and a Queen sofa sleeper, perfect for additional guests. Enjoy dining on your private oversized lanai that seats 6 and boasts tropical and ocean views. Amenities in the condo include a flat screen smart TV equipped with cable and complimentary Wi-Fi throughout, A/C in the living room and bedroom, ceiling fans and a convenient washer and dryer in the unit.

In the beautifully decorated master bedroom, you will find a comfortable King size bed and plenty of storage space and natural light. The bathroom is located right off the bedroom, and it is a very spacious walk-in shower.

Wonderful vacation

Location was wonderful. Very easy walk to the beach. Nice view on lanai, little out dated but not a problem. Definitely would come back again! Thank you for sharing your condo with us. Probably not a good place for handicap with the maze of stairs.

Very nice Condo for a short stay or longer

Condo complex is well maintained and clean. The maze to your condo can be a little confusing at first. Each room being independently owned and maintained means you could get a lot of different experiences but our condo was updated and clean. Close proximity to lots of food options and the beach. We would stay here again for sure.

Molokini view

Nice view of Molokini, but had to look beyond decaying brush piles. Saw whales spouting and breeching from the balcony. If you’re up early enough it’s quiet but then the quietness is drowned out by business activity. Room and amenities were great.

Great location!

Very quiet, steps from the beach and a great bakery and coffee shop. This unit has been nicely updated and has a lovely view of the setting sun. The management team was very responsive to any issues we had...which were very minor. The only downside would be the challenge of parking near the unit and managing through the labyrinth of stairs and passageways.

When visiting Maui, this is the ideal spot to stay. The unit is gorgeous, equipped with everything you need, and immaculate. Location-wise, it's ideal. The beach is a short two-minute stroll away. There are numerous small shops, convenience stores, and a wide variety of nearby dining options. The pool was a favorite pastime for my son and a great activity for the day. This unit comes highly recommended.

The condo was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Large living area and lanai with a distant view of ocean. Comfortable bed, nice kitchen and bath. Nice quiet area convenient walking to restaurants, shops and beaches. The only downside is the convoluted mess of stairs getting to the units and distance from parking. Certainly not suitable for anybody impaired or that just doesn't like lots and lots of stairs.

Everything about this place was fabulous. It is one block from a gorgeous beach and great selection of restaurants to walk to. The condo is spacious and spotless. We easily fit 5 comfortably. Views from the lanai were tropical with a nice breeze. The owners made sure there were plenty of linens and towels.They even left us a gift as a keepsake. Pool and hottub were a nice surprise too. We are already booking another trip to stay here again. Highly recommend this condo.

Fabulous Vacation

This condo was in a fantastic location, walking distance to so many shops and restaurants and across the street from the beach. The condo was very nicely equipped and beautifully furnished, our family had a very nice long weekend in Maui. The check in/check out process was very simple, great communication from the property manager. The pool and hot tub were a nice size and everyone was very friendly. This is a great value and location on the south side. One consideration for future renters: the building has many levels that are connected by short stairs. There is an elevator, but this unit required walking up 3 short staircases, so it's not stroller friendly.

Great Customer Service

I had originally booked a unit in Maalaea, and about three weeks prior to our trip, My Perfect Stays called to go over other options as the original unit book unfortunately had sever water damage. Not only did they assist with setting up a different unit, they suggested a great COVID-19 test provider, Vault Health. With COVID, details were limited as to when we could get our results back with other test providers. We took the chance and went with Vault, had our results back in 24 hours and we're on our way to enjoy a wonderful week on Maui! Couldn't have done this without the assistance of the customer service staff at My Perfect Stays.

Perfect Condo

This one bedroom condo has everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. Having a fully stocked kitchen allowed us to buy groceries and make a lot of our meals in the condo. It has plenty of towels (both bath and beach) and a dishwasher and washer/dryer. The deck was perfect for hanging out on and there were 4 beach chairs and one set of snorkeling gear for the beach. The most wonderful beach was only 1 block away; it was never crowded and had the perfect sized waves. At sunset, we walked down there for an equisite view. The management company was so responsive to our needs and requests. Before we got there, they offered to book our excursions and take care of all of the arrangements. In the days leading up to our trip, we got multiple emails with directions and last minute details. We ran out of something while we were there and they dropped off more within an hour. 5 stars for them and the condo!

Unsafe Property

The property management company, My Perfect Stays, handled a safety issue very poorly. A terminated manager had the keys to the condo and they failed to let us know. They promised that there would be no other interruptions to our stay after a staff member just intruded into the condo and let himself right in without introducing himself, explaining what he was doing or apologizing. I had two young daughters with me so you could imagine how alarming that was! Two days later and unannounced, a locksmith showed up to change the locks. Nobody let us know any of this was going on. Photos look amazing but be careful of safety issues. I hope that the owner switches management companies because the manager Zach said "We think a gift basket is sufficient enough per the owner." Poor service. I'm not one to write reviews but this was very upsetting.

Wonderful location!

It was our first time to Maui and the location was so ideal. We walked to the beach and local shops. Driving to other locations was easy. The condo was so comfortable, even the pull out sofa. The only feedback I have is - there is no elevators so be ready to carry up luggage, groceries, beach stuff a flight of 3 levels. Good exercise though! Would definitely stay there again.

Nice large lanai!

We really enjoyed our 3 week stay! Comfortable bed and furniture with plenty of space for two people. It was a bonus to have a refrigerator with ice and water on the door too.

As usual, a wonderful stay

This is my third stay at this property in the last 4-5 yrs and this time I was completely surprised at the recent upgrade of the entire place which is not shown in the listing. I thought I walked into the wrong condo! Everything was beautifully decorated. I like the keyless door entry and new AC systems were installed in the main area and the bedroom, but ceiling fans are enough to cool down the rooms. There were a couple minor things that came up which I notified Property Management about but nothing that interfered with my stay. I appreciate that Tommy Bahama beach chairs are provided but they are pretty worn. The straps that hold them together were ripped/broken which means you have to hand carry it instead of using the backpack straps. I could've McGyvered it and used something to tie it together, but for my own convenience I ended up renting a beach chair for the week. Considering how much the rental rate has increased since my first stay this should be an easy fix. I couldn't find the instruction/manual binder for the condo that I've referred to before but didn't need it since I was already familiar, but for a first timer it would be very useful information. For instance, there's a key needed to access the pool and to unlock the gate in the lower parking lot to use as a short cut to walk to the shops/restaurants close by. A new visitor would not know this. The biggest cons I have with are with the complex itself - parking and the stairs. I had to jockey for a lower lot parking spot since half of it is reserved for Owners which is a pain when you're in the A/B buildings. There is plenty of parking up the hill in the back parking lot but it is a bit of a hike to get to the condo when you have a lot of things to carry...up and down stairs. For someone who is not familiar with the condo complex it is like walking through an Escherian stairwell - this is very much a pain with luggage and not ADA friendly. You'll definitely get your steps in and burn all those calories from eating all the yummy food. Location is always A+. Overall, always a wonderful time and stay.

Maui, a great place to be!!

As long as you don't mind an staying in an older unit as well as cleaning up after yourself and others, it's not too bad. The complex itself is quite a "maze" for getting from one end to the other but the tropical gardens you see along the way makes it worthwhile. The vacant land next to the unit was nice, whilst relaxing on the lanai, it was like being in the Amazon forest. The ocean was visible from the unit just wished we were closer. All in all, it was a great time. Better plan way ahead if you want to rent a car!

We enjoyed staying there a lot. The living quarters are spacious except the bathroom. Very much enjoyed the deck with the nice view at night. The silverware and cooking amenities were great to have -- just about everything you need is there. Air conditioning in the main room was good, and the ceiling fans helped. The air does not get to the bedroom, however. The ceiling fan and oscillating fan helped, but Stephanie still had trouble sleeping. TV, chairs and couch were good in main room and the bed is fine. Thanks for having the board games to play and the chairs to use for the beach. Two things bothered us. One was the check-in process. You need to make more clear that you'll have no one there to help with check-in. We saw the manager only once in our 10 days there. Luckily Steph had experience with a lockbox like yours; I'm not sure I'd have ever figured it out. It would be nice to have someone on duty who could help with that. The worst thing was the water pressure in the shower. We've not stayed in condos in Maui before, but at least in hotels the water pressure has always been fine. The shower had five adjustments and each was worse than before. You hardly get enough water to wash the soap off of you. Maybe it was just a problem in that unit. You should check it and do anything you can to increase the water pressure and make a shower not such an unpleasant experience. Overall, though, we really enjoyed it and would consider staying there again. One other thing: We chuckled about the little 13-inch TV in the bedroom. It's a great conversation piece, perhaps, but about 30 years behind its time! We never turned it on. Not sure it even works, to be honest!
