This charming one bedroom one bath detached home features a full-size kitchen with granite counter tops, central air, and high speed internet (30Mbps down/5 Mbps up expected). There are no pets allowed and smoking is prohibited. We enjoy convenient access to both I-85 and 17.This is a truly separate residence. Though small, at ~776 sq./ft. it has all the comfort and character of a home twice its size. It's quiet location overlooks a private country club and golf course. Yet, it's only 5 minutes to downtown Los Gatos, 15 minutes to the San Jose airport and 30 minutes to downtown Santa Cruz. Additionally, It's only a 3 minute walk to a park with a tennis court and serene, quiet walking trails.

The Cottage has High speed internet (30Mbps down/5Mbps up expected), a 55 inch QLED TV with airplay and casting capabilities, a full-size washer and dryer and full-size kitchen with all the necessary household goods you will need for your stay. There are two outdoor spaces including a small covered porch with seating.

There is plenty of on-street parking with several available recessed spots for additional piece of mind.
