I live on the property in a separate unit. There are also pets on the property, which will not interact with the guests.
You will likely not see me unless you need something or I am getting the mail or a package from the porch. If the weather is hot I may need to water the front yard garden, but I respect your privacy greatly.

Things I love: gardening, animals, nature, hiking, live music, organic food.

Why they chose this property

I adore this town and this house. I have lived in the San Lorenzo valley since 1995. I bought this house as a fixer in 2003, gutted it to the studs and lovingly brought it to where it is now. I hope you enjoy.
