The Living Area is large and spacious including a full size sofa sleeper and two comfortable chairs as well as rocking chair. The 42” flat screen TV allows for family relaxation in the evening time. Making vacation easy, the fully equipped kitchen supplies everything that you may need to prepare your favorite seaside dishes.
The Master Bedroom has a King sized bed and 32” flat screen TV for relaxation and entertainment from your pillow. There is a connected Master Bathroom that provides ultimate privacy from your guests and a full sized bath tub with shower capabilities.
The Guest Bedroom is beach ready for kiddos with 2 Twin sized mattresses and 32” flat screen TV with connected DVD player. There is a Guest Bedroom that is attached to the hallway and bedroom that has a full sized bath tub with shower capabilities.

Very nice place

Very nice property but the cold weather arctic weather prevented any ability to sit on beach and read and enjoy surf, we ended our stay a day early

The relentless sound of the waves is cleansing for mind and spirit. Room was very comfortable and as all properties in this complex, the view was superb.

Everything was so perfect

This condo is modern, clean and the view was fabulous. The cranes flew by our very private balcony all day long. The beds are great and the decor is fresh and nice. We will be back to 902!

Condo itself was great! Beautifully furnished and super clean. Great view!!Only issues were the televisions: - TV in the MBR would not come on (even tried several different remotes)- The cable box in the living room died (kept getting msg that it was overheating then it went off...after several tries would not come back on)Get the TVs fixed and we'd love to stay in that condo (902) again!

Just what we needed

Spacious. Comfortable. Exceptionally clean. Very relaxing. The property was just what we were looking for and what we needed. It took years to get my wife to take a trip with me to the Texas Coast. Now she can’t wait to go back. The property and staff get a five star review. There were only two negatives for this trip, neither of which fall on the property. One, we should have stayed longer. That will be fixed on the next trip. Second, we found the restaurants on Mustang Island to be rather expensive. So we will prepare accordingly on our next trip.

Great beach getaway!

This was the perfect place to stay for our family of four. It's clean, spacious, and right on the beach. We liked the amenities that came with the Sandpiper properties (pool, hot tub, game area, etc). This is kind of like staying at a hotel (front desk check-in, someone to talk to if you need help with anything, etc) but you have much more space than a standard hotel room. The Sandpiper was a little farther from restaurants and shopping than we usually like (approx 8 min drive) but on the flip side of that, the beach was wonderful and not crowded at all. Our kids like to boogie board and jump waves, and this beach had a lot of waves! We would definitely stay here again!

Great Condo

Well-maintained condo. Very comfortable and the kitchen was nicely stocked. Good views of the beach. My only recommendation would be to add a couple more folding chairs for the patio -- there's only seating for 2. But other than that, this was a perfect stay for us.

Great spot for a long weekend get away, because it is a resort it was super convenient for getting to the beach and relaxing without having to pack everything in your entire house. I highly recommend renting the beach umbrella.

Beautiful Condo on the Beach

Sandpiper Unit 902 is a clean, comfortable, nicely furnished and appointed condo with a beautiful ocean view and easy access to the beach. It's close to restaurants and shopping, but it is far enough outside of Port Aransas to offer some peace and quiet. We look forward to our next visit.

A bit pricey but worth it

Newly remodel unit on the 9th floor. A little bit like a hotel, with checkin counter and little bottles of shampoo. Clean and comes with all the appliances that you need for cooking. Wonderful view and easy access to the mostly empty beach on weekdays. Unfortunately, check in time is at 4pm and checkout is at 10 am so that they have more time to clean the units. Make sure to bring plenty of food as restaurants and grocery stores are a bit far away. This is a good location to avoid the crowds with ocean view. Will come back again next summer.
